  • Garden Gals and Guys, today's video features a cut flower I believe is underrated...Sweet Black Cherry Dianthus. It's has such a great smell and unique shape that I love utilizing it in bouquets. Plus, it's easy to grow! It may even come back for you in zone 5B/6A (one came back for me in the ground).
    My MIL requested a bouquet, so I made a really, punchy and wild yellow and burgandy party of a bouquet incorporating Sahara Rudbeckia, which I also think is one you should add to your list. This has also come back for me in the ground.
    Please comment below and let me know what you think of the bouquet, as well as, any other underrated flowers you have!

      @@tinyhomestead6023 Omg, let me be clear, I have A LOT of help, so it’s not all me! I’m grateful all the hands that have helped me while pregnant and after giving birth that I’ve still been able to enjoy my garden. BUT my window boxes are mostly dead and my back patio is a weedy mess, so not everything is pristine and that’s okay! Giving myself grace. I just never want anyone to think I’ve got it all buttoned up because I don’t. And I’m so fine with it actually 😂 But, thank you, I do adore my cutting garden for sure!

      Totally, not sure I can go back. I do use cell trays in a pinch and to pot up Lisianthus, but otherwise, I think soil blocks are better.

    WOW! Your flower beds are loaded! You totally amaze me sometimes! The arrangement is a bit different. I like it, however maybe a bit on the busy side. That's a lot of flowers in one bouquet. That being said, every one of the blooms is extremely beautiful! 😍

    I love red in the garden as well. I believe it has become 'trendy' lately to leave red out and only use cooler colors. I believe there's room enough for all of our color palate's to exist and give inspiration 😊. Very pretty! Hello from one of your newer subscribers from Texas again! (Dallas... Hotter Zone lol😅).

    • @TinysGarden
      @TinysGarden  17 дней назад

      Honestly, I'm not sure...at this point in the season, most are flopping over. Lisianthus I've never had a problem with except when they start to bloom and have a heavier head. Snapdragons I was thinking of netting next year...I don't know yet. Most of the season they do okay though.
