Beauty little spot mate, camped there a couple year back, conditions weren’t as good as yours though 🤣 some nice drone footage pal, keep them coming 👌🏼👌🏼
Another great Video pal, just found your channel this week and already watched most of them. What camera do you use for your Timelapse’s and what the chest rig you use? Is that for your drone and camera gear? Cheers mate, keep up the good work. 👍
Haha, I’ll take a platter every camp from now on! Thanks Rich, been thinking about jacking the RUclips in, but we’ll see. Maybe I’ll just keep them shorter, think that’s the way to go. All the best mate.
@@Northern_Rockhopper just wonder if it’s worth the effort sometimes mate, though every now and then I’ll watch some of the old ones so they’re still a nice way to document memories for me. I might not film my next trip and see if it makes much difference.
Nice one mate appreciate that. I’ve been using the DJI Osmo action 4 for a couple of months now. It’s great . The chest rig is an Osprey one and yeah you’re absolutely correct, I use it to store the drone, plus my powerbanks and cables etc. I’ve used a couple of others, this one works best for me as you don’t have to attach it to your backpack. ATB mate.
Love that area I haven’t been around Buttermere for a couple of years now. I remember camping up there, needed to bag it as i wainwright, beautiful spot but was kept awake until early hours with a local farmer hay bailing in a field near by and going up and down that road below in his noisy tractor 🚜 😢 When you was using the DJI Mic was that via bluetooth or with the receiver plugged in? the mic definitely cuts out nearly all the wind noise. I can’t decide whether to just buy the mic or mic/receiver combo. 🤔 ATB Karl 👍
It was a cracking camp. To be honest I only went up as I couldn’t get WiFi in the pubs in Buttermere, and needed a signal, but very glad I did anyway 😀 It’s the DJI mic 2 mate that connects via Bluetooth. I used to have the DJI mic and the receiver but this is much less hassle with the osmo action 4. You do have some pairing issues, especially if you’re changing devices, but all in all best mic I’ve had by far.
Amazing views dave !
Indeed. Thanks for watching young Gog.
Rannerdale Knotts looks amazing. Top tent too. Subscribed, as a fellow Fjällräven user!
It’s a really cracking spot.
Love my Abisko, of all the tents I’ve had and have, it’s ticking the most boxes for me 👌🏻
@boolay75 yes, I have the Abisko Lite 1- maybe a touch too small but superb construction
Nice spot. Just sub'd. Look forward to watching more of your videos. Cheers

@@boolay75 Nice one thanks for the info. I think a single mic via Bluetooth is the way forward for me keep it simple. 👍
