Spent an hour flying around trees, decided to look up a video, found this. Found one in 2 min. Thank you good sir. I was looking at the wrong height.
I checked every tree in the redwoods, official, they don't exist lol.
Me either I’m on a non dedicated server and had to resort to spawning them in did several Dino wipes and nothing :(
Took me 35 minutes to find one on official

Finally someone else is having this issue, what about the issue with them aggroing before you can get close enough to feed them with all the tricks ghillie repellent
i just noticed that the comments on this are all pretty negative and claim this isnt helpful, but i play official servers, pve, and i was able to find at least 7 beehives within an hour or two search after watching this, they exist, the render on them just really sucks and theyre really easy to miss. i promise they exist lmao.
what mod or settings is he using to see locations of the bee spawns is that a mod?

Should be noted that c4 cant be placed without a snap point as far as my game was concerned
Tip: If you're having trouble seeing them, ride a snow owl and use the thermal vision (It detects both hives and wild roaming Queens)

Great video, but due to the official servers rendering issues it's pretty hard to find, took me 6 days even with location tips
C4 destroys queen tried it 4x times on official
For some reason it won't spawn on my server at all

Don’t feel bad the Shasta isn’t spawning on mine been searching since it came out killing everything in the ocean trying to get a spawn

c4 doesnt work. I tried on multiple
I don't mess with the c4. Way to expensive for this application. Build a ramp with one foundation, 5 ramp/sloped roof pieces, a ceiling, and two pillars. Build in this order and you should be able to walk right up to any hive with a bear to wipe it out. F, R,R,C,P,P, R,R. Sometimes you don't even need the last ramp. Then pick it all up. That bear though, underrated mount.
@@chrisdelk2552 Thanks for the tip. I'll have to try that. I was just shooting the hive with fabricated rifle. Ill have to try a bear I heard they work good.
I use a rocket launcher because you can stand far away and take it out with two shots lol
