Im not sure exactly how RUclips decides how it does this, but it has started adjusting my volume recently. It started to bump up the levels so it normalizes the audio. I kinda count on it doing this whenever I feel like its a smidge too quiet. Does YT do that to your audio, too?
@@emilyctaylor yes! But in my case, I noticed it reducing the volume in some of my videos. From what I heard, YT now has an audio stabilizer(?) for all videos. There was this ear scratching asmr that I watched last year where the audio was too low, and when I came back to watch it again, the audio is louder. I quess it's working!
@@lauyeexinglauyeexing I'll try to shorten it in the future videos but it'll probably be at least 10seconds each coz I get overstimulated when the trigger changes too soon. Thank you for pointing that out! ☺

I would say increase if it doesn't mess up audio quality, people can turn it down slightly if it's too loud but they can't increase it past 100
