Nandan is the father of digital revolution in India. Unofficially, the CTO of the nation; but more than that a selfless philanthropist and a true patriot.
The number of digital public goods he and his team has created is unparalleled; no nation nation will be able to match it in the near future.
And he has gifted his services to the nation for free. He should be awarded a Bharat Ratna for his unmatched selfless service to the country.

NANDAN should get BHARAT RATNA for his brain child Aadhaar and his leadership role in UPI success. Simply outstanding person . NANDAN faced a lot of resistance to his biometric identification project Aadhaar stating " it never worked elsewhere in the world "-- Nandan made is happen in BHARAT , a grand success which is now role model for the entire world -- He is really an icon - Supreme court can form a commission headed by NANDAN ( if he still willing to lead ) for digitization of Indian judiciary and I am sure another UPI moment can come in Indian judiciary if entire justice delivery system is modernized and digitized ..

He is a very advanced and And Cool/Sober version of Pitroda.
He deserves Nobel Prize. Even this is less. Bless him for serving India and not the US of A. I am looking forward for more guidance on AI from him. The greatest personality in him was that he deftly managed Govt officials, nagging bureaucrats, and some "expert commentator" politicians. As 4 sobriety he compares with Dr Kalam or Dr M S Swaminathan. KYC is synonymous with Nandan Ji. UPI , Aadhaar, DBT are emulated worldwide.

I wish that my wishes had been real horses. My horse sense envisions that he will get one. Father of Aadhaar enabled easy DBT UPI and other 21st Century enablers which have revolutioned money finance welfare transparency transmission.

It is to the credit of PM Modi that he hones on to the idea of issuing a unique I.D to every Indian started by Congress and revolutionized that concept to make it all inclusive and now used to deliver services to poor, and for all kind of transactions.

He first wrote a book, “Imaging India” where in he expressed all his ideas. Even Thomas Friedman wrote “ World is Flat” article in response to his book. PM Manmohan Singh took notice and read the book and credit also should be given to PM for giving Nandan the opportunity to implement his ideas. I agree he deserves Bharat Ratan
Rishi Sunraj should also implement in the UK
