Yes she helps the emperor very much and she was honest and gratful until the end with him, but she was inddiferent at his love, that it why emperor drink too much and was sick before eunuque gives him poison... She fells pity for him . At the end she falls in love really with him yes, because he became a man and a great emperor .. but..... late... For that reason she always felt guilty and sorry for Wang Yoo. After she became a concubine and spent time together with the emperor, I didn't feel her love for Wang Yoo anymore. It turned from first love to the pity. Besides you can compare her first kiss with Wang Yoo and her kiss scene with the emperor. So I believe that the emperor is her true love.
