Cuisinart 360 XL Griddled Birria Tacos

These tacos dipped in adobo consommé and stuffed with slow braised beef and cheese and crisped on the Cuisinart 360 XL Griddle. Amazing Mexican street food that has taken the internet by storm. I braised bone in beef shanks in the adobo. So much flavor! A must try!
