[Steamed Clams with Rice Wine Ingredients] - 2 servings -
- Ingredients: 800g Manilla Clam, 5 Pepperoncino (2 Chungyang pepper), 8 Grain Garlic, 2 Small Green onion, 1 Cup Rice wine, 1tbsp Olive oil, Pepper
[Instruction]
1.Remove the mud from clams, and then rub them in clean, running water. (To remove mud, put clams in salty water. Cover with a black plastic bag or aluminum foil to block the light and leave for 1~2 hours.)
2.Slice garlic. Chop small green onions and pepperoncino.
3.In a large pot, put some olive oil and start cooking garlic and pepperoncino. When they are slightly cooked, add clams and stir-fry.
4.Pour rice wine over the clam and bring to boil for about 2 minutes. Close the lid and wait for a few minutes until the clams are completely cooked.
5.When the clam shells open, put some pepper and remove from heat. Sprinkle chopped small green onion.
6.Place in a suitable pot and serve.

Just found your channel and subscribed - looks great. However, those are not pepperoncino, they are pepper flakes. Pepperoncino are pickled small green Italian peppers.
