No the dog did not talk or make any sound at all, stop focusing on the dog and watch the guy, when the dog speaks he moves his mouths, which is easier to see at some points than other. He is a ventriloquist, but the sad part is, he had to had the dog trained to open its mouth some way, and I think it is by pinching the dog at the times it should open the mouth. Observe if he is touching the dog, when the dog speaks.. He could be honest at least and explain that the dog does not speak at all, which woudl make the show even better since he had the mall fooled. Like this, he is nothing but a con man.
