    As- salamu Alaykum Brother,
    I’m a recent revert (about a year and a half) just to provide a lite preface.
    As a Muslim I’d be telling a lie if I were to say that I didn’t experience remnants of racism and anti blackness within the community of the ummah. I’ve experienced it in a few different ways and it seems like a “blind eye” is turned to it quite often. From the times that I may be walking into another brother (who are often resembles someone of Arabic or East Indian descent) and Salam them, they either just say “Wa alaykum”, Hello or they don’t say anything at all (even thought it says that you’re supposed to respond to the greeting thats equal or greater) to situations where I often see Black people in seemingly “subservient” roles in every day life (ie: being the cook at the restaurant instead of in a leadership position). I’ve had other Muslims look at me weird because I didn’t have typical Islamic - associating clothes on but I still greeting them.
    It often feels like I have to “Prove my Muslim” or being black isn’t enough to other Muslims and it’s a very conflicting feeling to have. There are even times when I have to even take off my hat just so other Muslims can see my prostration mark….It gets that bad sometimes.
    I know that there’s supposed to be a difference between “culture” and “religion” but they seem to overlap into a problematic nature that none one seems to attack….or at the very least even address. I appreciate being a Muslim and I’m honored that Allah (SWT) gave me opportunity to be of the ummah (which is the most important thing) but these are things that I can’t ignore as a Black Man

      Alhumdulilah for Islam brother. I know it’s a difficult road for many of us on the darker side of the color spectrum. When I was young and took shahada many moons ago. I was given some very good advice. Depend on Allah only and complain to Allah only as it is he who is controlling everything from above the seven heavens …. know that you have every right to be here as muslim and have access every Islamic resource. Whenever those doors close you should feel free to kindly remind them of their Muslim duty and ask how would Allah judge their behavior towards a new Muslim….seek knowledge about Islam and do not depend ever on those who are unfriendly and unwilling to help you….a lot of times people come from Muslim countries are not exposed to new shahadas and giving salaam all day everywhere they go (it’s different for them here) ….also sometimes a person may just have a bad personality towards everyone (including their family and tribesman) it really just be them, not you…..when you have mastered the fundamentals you will understand for sure that if YOU 🫵🏾 are practicing Quran and following the sunnah and excellent character of our beloved messenger (on him be peace and prayer) ….then whatever someone else is going through with their character and religious practice is THEIR problem, not yours…..if someone maintains that 1+1 = 13…..what can you do💁🏾‍♂️ this religion is clear in that good character is the doorway to a higher spiritual life. Please don’t let negativity distract you from the straight path. After experiencing all of that, I came into the reality of knowing just as there are so many racist Muslims, there are many who would literally give you the shirt of their backs and maybe even their lives. May we all meet in Jennah one day and be free of racism forever Ameen. May Allah make the Quran a light a guide a mercy and a way out from every difficulty and purify our intentions Ameen! 🤲🏾📿…..Sorry for the long message but this always touches a nerve 😂

      African kingdoms like Mali and Ghana adopted Islam and the Arab Muslim slave trade. Of all the slaveries you mentioned, only Islam castrated slaves (genocide). I had no idea about raisin head Hadith. I can see where that would be taken out of context. Ultimately almost every civilization practiced slavery in some shape or form. Although the Arab and North Atlantic Slave trade were brutal, Islam forbids their practices. The reality is there will always be less fortunate people in every society. Islam gives them rights and protection. Unlike the Arab and North Atlantic slave trade. Where you treated like sub human. One could even make the argument slavery still exists today. But thats another topic for another day. As an Muslim African this topic shouldn’t make you flinch.

    • @DaMann-zm6kt
      @DaMann-zm6kt 3 дня назад

      Islamic slavery exists to this day. The most prominent example was recently in Sudan (2005) where the Islamic government installed Sharia Law and enslaved the non-Muslims and later forced them out of the country to form South Sudan. Of course the non-Muslims were mostly black like the Dinka people who are described as the tallest and blackest people on the planet. They were forced to establish South Sudan- the poorest country in Africa. Sudan (ancient Nubia) is rich in gold. essentially the Arab Muslims stole the gold, enslaved the non-Muslims and two Muslims factions are now fighting each other in Sudan over the gold.
      This topic should make you flinch as Christian abolitionist fought to end slavery centuries ago.

    The Trinity is simply the message of an eternal and uncreated sonship. Salvation and sonship are inseparable concepts according to Christianity, so Christianity would be completely illogical as a belief system if there was no pre-existing eternal Father and Son. If there was no pre-existing sonship of God, then the salvific message of sonship would be simply metaphorical, which would make Christianity a fable instead of a faith. All things were created by the eternal Word of God, the eternal Son, and sonship is only possible from the Father THROUGH the Son, so logically, redemption can also ONLY be available through faith in the eternal Word and Son, Jesus Christ. Christianity does not exist as a consistent theology if there is no eternal Son. Read Proverbs chapter 30 verse 4 to see one of the many places the eternal Son is mentioned in the old testament.

Not only would it be insulting to Arabs both leaders and teachers who knew Muhammad's teachings and where willing to die for Islam, it insults our intelligence who can read what's written in Islamic literature. Islam's treatment of Africans isn't contrary to Muhammad's acts and deeds, it has a direct correlation to Muhammad's acts and deeds. He knew how Africans were already being enslaved and treated in Arab society and he not only alloud the continuation of that practice he also participated buy some and selling some himself. Contrast that to christ who not only doesn't continue the practice but affirms their rights in his death on the cross demonstrating he knows even as God almighty what it's like to be whipped and humiliated by those who are supposed to be your brothers. As salaamu alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh, Dear Sheikh. I agree and let's talk about it. When they thought I was a little Arab gal, it was all gravy, but when i open my country Mississippi mouth, you remember how the needle used to scratch the record when they pause the song? Yes, that's what I get😂😂😂😂😂 Alhamdulillahi Rabbil Alameen. ✌🏽🖤✊🏽🫡🤗

      @@rashadabdulrahmaan You've deleted all my comments but you're keeping the few from Arabs and other deluded Muslims who are in your same basket of sillyness. You're not a leader but a boot-licker to praise those who enslaved and castrated your people int he name of Allah. Those you established their Arab League on your African land, turyly my brother, do you even bother to demand grease before they have their way with you?
