I love the costal tank! I usually don't reknit patterns, but I've made 7 (!!!) costal tanks because I love the fit so much

Inspiring choices, thank you Amanda xx.
Also recommend the Nurture Bralette by Céline Feyten, extended into a tank. I was amazed and delighted to find it had enough flexibility of sizing for my small rib cage / large bust shape. I am a 30G UK size.
You can choose strap width and length, how much length to add into the upper part of the cup and how many short rows to add into the lower part of the cup (up to a maximum constrained by your stitch count). Even after that, you can add more rows before knitting the rib cage part if it is still coming up a little short to cover the girls.
Then you can play with the number of decreases and the number of rows for the rib cage to get your preferred circumference and length.
    So clever!
The length of the pattern when you first read it is a bit daunting but if you just choose your size according to your bust circumference and start knitting you can tailor the upper and under cup size by following the appropriate instructions when you get to that part of the pattern. At least, that is what worked for me and in the end, it was straightforward. I will definitely be knitting more, though maybe after one of the lovely choices you’ve suggested here 🤔

This was fun. Can't picture wearing an Aran wt tank. Seems really warm but I live in Florida. If I lived somewhere else, I might think it was perfect. Lovely design in it. You chose well. Thank you❤

I think if you knit it out of a cotton or linen it wouldn't be too bad!
