Hullo Johnny, I remember trying to learn different watercolor techniques from books it could be very difficult as most tutorials in books jump from step one and step two and there’s seemingly like five steps in between that they don’t show! Back before the Internet if you did not know someone who knew a craft or art techniques or you couldn’t take a class and it was with books was the only way to find out how to do something! I love it when Gem over at “The Color Cave” takes on a tutorial from one of the art subscription boxes and tries to come up with that finished artwork that they so easily gloss over and complete in so few steps, maybe you should try that with one of these doll tutorials give people an extended view on how to do it, I think you’d be great at it! Yes I find most on youtube do that like its top secret or something. Also when they do their art it seems like every first attempt is perfect, they don't show their mistakes. I'm all about the mistakes.
