what i don’t understand (a google hasn’t helped either), is why the output on sound settings should be set to the v3 chroma? i would like to hear my gameplay through my separate headphones, and the v3 chroma to just capture my voice. hope you can help!

If I want to hear me (monitoring/sidetone), I need to connect my headphones to the 3.5 microphone input? If I have a DAC I would prefer not to do this but I want to be able to listen to myself.

Just stick on a gate to stop sound when you're not talking. Turning down the gain is not the optimal way to do it.

I was thinking about getting this mic but i wanted to test the quality first. So i played your video on my phone with the volume on 3/4 and sat across the room with my hover on. Unfortunately the audio was inaudible😢 to give it a chance i put my phone on full volume and put the hover behind a door. But still not good quality audio 😢 il keep looking for the perfect mic i guess
