I play rugby in Germany and on March 12th Italy v Scottland will be the very first testrugby match for me to see live. When I saw this Italian squad playing the All Blacks last year I decided that I have to see them live one day

You can say whatever you want about Italian Rugby, but honestly with those young and talented players they can come up to the top level. Just give them some years and experience and in the future we will respect and acknowledge this team again.

Watching this again on April 19th 2023 I thought about the first time i watched this and thought 'maybe they'll win a 6n game' in Garbisi's career when he speaks about beating the all blacks. Having seen the growth of this team since i first viewed this i am rooting for Italy in every game going forward. Thank you for being so inspirational to watch and support. Canadian Rugby Fan

Given the amount of young talent coming through and the success at u20 and underage level I can see a bright future for Italian rugby. It would be great if they became a stronghold in European rugby. It took france around 50 years to win a championship and look where they are now. These foundations aren’t built overnight.

This was an awesome game from Italy,they pressured our All Blacks all through the game,if they played with this intensity in every 6 Nations game,they could very well take some scalps.

The nice words and speeches we see in this documentary are not consistent with what we saw in the match against Uruguay.
As an Italian fan, I'm still very sceptical and I will watch their games in this Six Nations without any hope or interest. And judging from the average attendance in the stadiums in November, I'm not alone. They will have to work really hard to regain the support of the majority of Italian fans

Campagnaro is injury prone and one dimensional frankly good player but not as good as he’s made out to be Allan is good but garbisi is undeniably the future at 10 for Italy
Even if he was the world's best player, if he didn't fit the desired team culture, he wouldn't be selected. In New Zealand we have a no wankers policy, and that's how nz coaches think. Team culture is everything

Watched this first after Italy's win over Wales in this years 6 Nations. Great film. Though at 2:14 when the line 'And 5 Nations Champions Scotland have arrived in Rome' was uttered, I though Aww that's just Big Jim being daft. Then I remembered that yes, indeed, we were 5 Nations champs then. Seems an awffy long time ago.
Italy were hard to crack. Difficult 60 minutes. Good play Italy.

Well, first of all I am not neutral, I am Italian-Argentine, Argentina is Italy 2.0. I am fed up of this thing going on regarding Italy and being worthy of the 6 Nations. Why was never discussed to get rid of Scotland when they were shite or Wales? Also, emphasis on the "only 2 pro teams in the country", Scotland has only 2 pro teams....Italy has far more potential than most home countries with a population of 60 million people, potential in terms of players and as a market. World Rugby should learn from FIFA and give more competition to smaller nations. Must stop the Tier system. There should a European Championship with Georgia, Romania, Spain, Portugal, Russia,. etc above 6 Nations and other changes. Besides that, Bram Steyn, Italian skills are a testament to his commitment. Negri is probably the best example in the team of what it means to play for Italy. Aguanten los Pumas, forza Italia!
