I played this back in 2015... I loaded up the most recent version and it seems very underwhelming in comparison. The new complexity is somewhat of a bother, but the real problem is that it seems to be lacking a lot of things. Specifically i recall the breach loading rifles, which were a ton of fun. I'm on 1.19.2 and I can't seem to load the medium naval cannon at all (in creative). I rightclick with the medium power charge but it never seems to go in no matter what I do.
After watching this video (great video btw) I have recently downloaded this mod and had great fun with it but I had problems namely how to craft a flintlock mechanism, buckshot, and a large stock does anyone know how to craft them
i tried putting the small iron musket ball, my flintlock pistol and gunpowder in the crafting table and it doesnt work. does it not work on flintlocks? on 1.19.2 btw the recipes i have call for high grade gunpowder
@@lorthorn They did have repeaters and they were wondering about making those crank guns cranked by another force somehow. They imagined literal miniguns.

To be able to craft the flintlock mechanism like you made the wheel lock mechanism I have tried it and I wasn’t able to. I made the wheel lock, but not the flintlock
Many Americans prefer a Rifle says there gun because a rifle has rifling. It’s an octagon barrel shape. The octagon doesn’t have any use it’s just style they put rifling in it by using bits . They oil with linseed oil and put it through the barrel. Many different size of bits

hello! you mentiond at 17:18 that you can turn the canon i canot figur it out in game or on the internet how do you turn the canon???
you can raze and lower the cannon by right clicking with an empty hand but you can't turn it

Thouse were organ and crank guns that had to be mounted not really automatic.

What you really want is all 10 hotbar slots and your of hand loaded with guns then your a real force to be reckoned with
