He was actually one of the people carrying tho. A lot of the lobby was only working on three columns whereas Steve, 5up, Gumi were doing 5 and DumbDog 4.
he was right. people doing high towers and trying to be fast was just stupid. 5up was rushing a big tower and flaming. blue and brown never helping steve with his 5 collumns
Man didn't have the problem on Jan 6 tho, smh /j for those who don't know, lol, it's a running joke in Steve's chat because he didn't stream on that day, same with the day of Prince Philip's death.
@@lauran2809 a lie told a thousand times becomes a truth, i guess. I didn't even watch morning lobby in January (only found out about them from Toast's Among Us videos) so I just took at face value what other people said 🤣
As much as everyone was mocking Steve for being slow at Tetris, no one noticed that Ellum and Simon kept to their 3-wide lanes leaving Steve to pick up 5. He was slower because he had more columns to fill.
And if we want to be real technical about it, it was technically ellums fault bc he couldve cleared the lines as well since he was right next to the empty column, and he chose to only do 3 columns. Most pico park problems happen to be ellum, lol.
@@ProgZ 5up is known to be cracked at Tetris though whereas Steve is still new at the game. It shouldn't be surprising to see how great 5up is at carrying the lobby in tetris but ppl still shouldnt be calling steve slow when he was carrying. Btw mathematically, they all shouldve been doing 4 like Dumbdog had been doing, there is only supposed to be 1 person doing 3 columns...
After watching the first couple episodes I believe the answer to the question in the title is "yes...after being yelled at for about 5 minutes of course."
Im pretty sure if Ellum has bad ping where he lives the delay on discord would be the same as his key delay in the game. The worse one would be the one with slower servers or more connections but if its geographical than its going to be high ping across the board and input delays on everything compared to what we see. Poor Ellum! :P
no, not necessarily. i honestly don't know how it works, but in among us there's been multiple cases with the morning lobby where they killed each other from very far away because of the ping difference between europe and america (like those cases where they say "on my screen you were in x place"). but i can't remember a time where they had problem with delay on discord between them
In one of 5ups vids, they tested, and disproved, this theory. They are all still friends; if they were really that mad at him, we wouldn't be watching these vids rn.
@@michaelvanleeuwen3802 exactly, you'd have to have someone from the US say jump, then have Ellum jump, if the server is US based. Otherwise his jump and his voice/the cue to jump leave his PC simultaneously. But if the command comes from the US, there's gonna be at least ping RTT (round trip time, US-UK-US in this case) time between the command and the jump being visualized in the game. On top of that, if you don't do 1,2,3 jump but just say it without him expecting it, there's also a reaction time factor playing a role. Edit: I remember Steve raging about how unplayable certain maps in Fall Guys are on the EU servers, simply because of his ping. Especially stuff where you have to take away something from someone - people would be several steps away and still be able to take his little battery, trail, penguin and what not, and it was really quite frustrating. No reason for Pico Park to be any different here.
Everyone: Ellum why are you do bad!??? Me half the time it happens: Once again DK blocked Ellum keeping him from moving and then shifting the blame. :P
Although Steve's thought process on the Tetris game was wrong, he was still right. You only needed 9 lines. Everyone else had enough to do 20 lines. It wasn't a race. Just because everyone is rushing their piece down, doesn't make Steve slower. Lol
i love that they thought ellums computer sending the info that he said jump n sending the info that he jumped being close 2 eachother on their ends makes any difference whatsoever
10:50 they blame steve but make mistakes by building high towers fast. just shout loud and be confident.... steve did 5 columns and they didnt understand
12:36 : I feel like they could just go on each other, so there would be less people jumping I think that's why the room is big, and I feel like there could only be 1 guy jumping
Steve’s confidence in the Tetris game was something else

On the tetris, Steve was working on 4 columns, vs most people doing 3s
he was actually working on 5... which just further proves your point in all honesty
just see 5up
Alternate title: Everybody Hates Ellum
Jk of course we all adore him
This was hilarious dog, thanks for sharing :D
0:34 "Steve... fucking... Septic." XD
The fact that steve being afk played tetris better than ellum
steve playing tetris makes so much more sense after watching him on tricky towers
Ayyy Simon‘s Tetris was hella smooth
Realization: Ellum is basically the real life equivalent of Wheatley from Portal 2

"like among us but co-op"
Yeah, I would not be surprised to see one or two little cat creatures chopped in half on the floor after this.
Ellum is my other favorite, next to DD
“I Tetrised myself” same
I’m actually getting so mad at ellum watching this lmaooooo
This is gold. I'm crying
Revisit after a year?
This game prints enjoyment, it’s incredible. And frustrating. Very very frustrating lol.

I think Ellum is just European
Aww poor ellum. ❤
Dumbdog sounds like a depressed dad to Ellum
So glad this game came to YT
Of all the content I've seen from this group, I'm still not sure if Ellum is just not very bright or a troll.
I don’t think he was trolling that much. He had really bad ping and the lagging a lot.

Hey Ellum I want you to stand there and hit the space bar and say jump.
