Good one, Mitch. I was wondering if this one would make it to the seasons and yep, it did. Nicely done. I remember when it came out my parents freaked not only because it was the tune of a song they knew but it had the Hare Krishna chant in it. Thanks for bringing the Harrison classic.
@@chrisfrazer1830 I did wonder about doing a multitracked song with the Hare Krishna chant, but I thought the one take wonder was the best way to get this out there, and I kind of prefer it this way.
Very nice, mitch. I haven't mentioned this here, but I have a loose connection to George. I was a patient at the Staten Island hospital where George had cancer treatments, and 9 years ago I had a consultation with the controversial doctor that treated him.
@paul_mitchener_ukulele George Harrison was forced to autograph a guitar on his deathbed for Dr. Gilbert Lederman. Nobody wants this oncologist's autograph. I opted for traditional surgery over radiation. We had the consultation with him for opinion.
the song of a searcher if ever there was one. i used to enjoy playing this one too. cheers Mitch!
@@singtomeofautumnleaves yeah, it’s a beautiful song. Cheers buddy.

Thanks for that one Mitch. Not what I was expecting from you, but it sure suits the theme.
@@PHJimY cheers Jim. Not quite the blues swing tunes which are what I seem to visit most frequently, but I do have a soft spot for George Harrison.
Spot on rhythm Paul, great song choice mate.
@@Bystander929 cheers - thank-you! Getting an appropriate rhythm was the hardest part of this one for me.

@@Renaissance-Man-Ukulele good connection! I hope you got the doctor to autograph a musical instrument.
