You do so well with finding homes for your shopping in a small kitchen. I can understand why you need to go back to the supermarket more than once a week. If I lived around the road or in the same country I'd love to do your shopping since i enjoy anything to do with food except eating most of it and now that my parents have passed away it's just me left. My sister lives in England and whenever she brings her two kids and husband to visit they always complain that everything costs 2 to 3 more here. ❤
teaching our kids about balance in eating is key to a healthy outlook on food. With all the body image stuff today its important. I only raised 3 boys and my food bill was just as high as yours with 13, bravo. ( in New Brunswick, Canada) FYI I enjoy your videos, food hauls, clothes organization , etc. Keep up the good work.

Teaching your kids about different foods is more important than restricting everything that a lot of people deny their children as more often than not they will over indulge later in life. I was a school teacher in an area where parents can't always afford 3 meals a day. I always had sandwich making items😊, fruit and vege but I also had snack food that isn't the healthiest but they deserve treats as well. It's really hard on young children who can't eat certain foods because they don't understand why.

Just come across you and your families vlogs and im hooked, im from the Midlands , i loved the food haul, our kids have grown up and have children of their own, we have 2 sons, 4 grandchildren and 2 gt grandchildren so if they all come together my food cupboard is heaving. Great video. I Love your views on what is defined as healthy! Spot on! I found that restriction of what society claims as "unhealthy food" only leads to obsessing over those foods or other mental illnesses. Great ideology you have.
Did you know you can freeze milk in Jug or cartons ? Just pour a little out milk will expand. Put cap back on tight. Set up right. I do all the time. You can freeze grated cheese, do slf or buy. Love your U- tube channel. Best from Mo, U S A.
You guys basically do it like we do regarding the food and shopping although I do all our online just because it’s easier for us as we don’t have a drive or even a place to park outside our house as we’re up a big bank so it’s better for us to pay the £2.50 delivery charge and get the delivery guys to bring it up to us 😂. We also have treats sweets crisps and fizzy I agree with you that’s the best way for a balanced diet, a little bit of what you fancy is always a good thing and that way it stops these foods being a negative and something that people binge on them feel awful afterwards. Your a fabulous family and doing such a great job raising your brood. Take care Xx
I’ve tried many diets too and you do the right thing by banning nothing but have an active lifestyle where you can. If you ban treats they will be more excited to get their hands on them
