Since 1993 (i was in grade 1) lage kami npnta ng Ongpin tuwing bakasyon kay Lolo/Lola. Since namatay sila almost 10yrs na rin di nakakadalaw dyan. Hoping before this year ends. Baka nga bukas andyan ako. Hohoho. Great video and thanks for sharing
Nice walk. One of our favourite walking places whenever we're in Manila. We usually make it a point to stop by Mezzanine Cafe (Ongpin Street) for a nice meal. They support the local fire and rescue volunteers. Thanks for sharing and take care. 🙏😊
This is awesome to see. Interesting streets and the daily life of regular folks. I feel like I am there and I’m the one walking even though I’m halfway around the world! I’ve never been to Manila or Luzon but I miss Philippines. CDO is my hometown.
Will put this trip on my bucket list. Have no idea where this is, but looks amazing to explore. I need to realize that there is more things to see than just Makati and BGC
Your videos bring back memories of when I was there in the 1970s. I spent about 30 days in a Hotel across from I think Santa Cruz Church. There was a major round about intersection even back than. I remember crossing Jones Bridge to inter the area. From the Hotel window I could see a building called the LEVI building on the street below. I have not seen any recent pics of it since, not sure if it still exists. In many of the WW2 history movies I have seen that same building. Not far away was a lot of buildings that had fallen down destroyed. Always wondered if they were left from the war. I can remember walking toward a Mercury Drug Store and passing by them. Anyway I'll keep watching and see if I recognize anything.
thank u.. this is were i spent my childhood days esp Ongpin St. I promised to myself that i will visit . Sayang dumiretso kayo ng Arangque.. kung kumaliwa kayo mdadaanan ung Se Jo Tong Bldg wehhhehee

I hate to see those puppies for sale inside those wire cages, most of them will get sick before being bought by unsuspecting customers. Ang sarap ikulong din sa wire cages like that yung mga taong nagbebenta nito just for the hell of earning money they don't care if these pups are suffering or not.

Why are so many stores closed?
Thanks.
Hi, I walked there at around 4.30pm. It was on Saturday. I think many stores closed early during this pandemic :(

It looks like New York City, China town. Is this in USA?

No
This is way way older than chinatown in new york it's been around even before the usa was established as a country
Name of the street should have been showed, to make viewers aware
Do more at night please!!!
