Dr. Amy…thank you for your work and ‘persistence’ in addressing Borrelia and ME/CFS, along with so many other related items (CCI, etc.).
I have been progressively worsening since last year and am in the hospital again, with very little help. PLEX and IVIG haven’t helped me turn the corner (tested positive for NMO in my CSF, yet I’m told it’s an atypical presentation). My connective tissue is rapidly failing globally and I’m having severe brainstem issues and IIH, with much more.
Your work gives me hope despite all I’ve lost and continue to lose. Thank you again 🙏

In leprosy they do tissue culture and biopsy to diagnose and they also have a public center for treatment in Louisiana if I remember correctly that is what TBD patients need!

i have always thought tissue sample would be best for diagnosis’s wouldn’t a lymph or whatever is best be good to find the disease. doctors do biopsy for diagnosis? Anyways thanks for the work it’s well needed dr. Monica embers And dr. Allan McDonald May be of good help people I have heard of can find Lyme in a scope thanks again.
