Most men are much better off starting with a quarter cheat and ending with a quarter turn short since it hides the deficiency better. Right now he's landing in plie with his back to the audience and the error looks much worse.
He's also trying to change feet immediately which means he ends up being in first position for too long and slows the rotation. Look at the tour video from Sarafanov and use the , and . key on keyboard to advance the frames forward and back. You'll see he does a full rotation before even starting to change feet.

I've heard from many sources that it is best to change immediately. Would you recomend trying to change later rather than sooner? I'm having trouble getting doubles...

@@kozaks5727 It is done both ways at the elite levels. Either you change immediately, which typically means you change by 3/4th of a rotation, or change later which means you change after 1.5 rotations. There is no right or wrong way and the only thing that matters is that you get around twice before landing and you make it look nice.
Me personally I prefer changing later, but that might not be right for you. If someone is doing it well changing sooner, they should keep doing it. If it's not working for someone, they should try the other method.
Also to get a double, try pre-rotating 90 degrees on takeoff so that you only land short 90 degrees and you can cheat scoot it to the front on the landing. Almost everyone at the pro level cheats 90 deg on takeoff.

@@kozaks5727 If you watch elite jumpers like Osiel Gouneo and pause his double tour takeoff, you will see that he's only using a 45-degree turnout in the legs and his heel is off the floor. In fact, his front foot heel is on top of his rear foot toe! When I switched to this type of take-off, my double tour got way higher and better.

Pre-rotating 90 degrees on takeoff is a trick, not clean for classical ballet technique which can take you out from auditions and examinations.@@GeorgeOu
