Если музыкант - это ноль, а слушатель - единица, то Максвелл это тот ноль который превращает единицу в твердую, классную десяточку. Я его буду слушать, как и многие другие - это и есть локальная популярность. Кроме того, миксы у него правда популярные, правда жаль что популярнее оригинальных работ (речь об популярности миксов именно в масштабах его канала, а не мира, так что факт).
