Like Miranda, I’m really good with interviewing but I can’t keep a job to save my life chile. 😂 I’m the kind of person who feels like the 90-day evaluation period goes both ways, and companies also tend to oversell themselves a lot during interviews as well.
Loving the throw back to “Thumbelina”. There’s a whole dramatic number n the movie called “marry the mole”. So, yes ma’am, Mr. Mole was indeed a mole. What a classic movie. Charo, Jodie benson (the voice of the 1980s little mermaid), Gilbert godfried. Such an underrated work of art.

Great video and thanks for sharing and I like the shirts lol. I actually didn't really have a nightmare job interview only if the managers have to ask many different questions for the position and or I would get nervous before going to interview.

I had a bad one when I was a young 20. I read a tip about interviewing where it said to be confident and tell them “so when shall I start, because you’ll hire me!” You were to act as if they had already decided they were going to hire you. I had never been confident to that degree, instead I was always all smiles and happy go lucky….you know, like a golden retriever.
So I tried that advice and looked like an ass!! The interviewer was like “well wait a minute, I didn’t say you have the job just yet” (as in slow down speedy). I never took interview advice again, and stuck with what I knew from that point on , with my goofy ass self!! 😳🤭

The first time I applied to Lush Cosmetics, I applied with my friend. It was a group interview. I was so confident during it.
My friend got the job and I didn’t.
I went back and asked the manager why I didn’t get the position 😂 (I wasn’t “bubbly” enough)
A year later I reapplied and learned she was a toxic manager who was intimidated by my confidence. She got fired and went to work for build-a-bear as the manager. A new manager hired me.
When the old manager came to buy her Lush stuff no one wanted to help her. I turned on my bubbly switch and helped her fill her basket 💁🏽♀️
It was a very interesting feeling.

P.S. Why does “The Pattern” allow me to run a relationship test with Raven AND it’s Extraordinary. Says we were close in another life and we are both hard on ourselves… 😢

I agree with Miranda I love interviews and I've landed every job interview 🙌
Worst job interview was about a year ago. Interviewed with a tech driven real estate company over the phone and the interviewer was eating and watching TV in my ear. Then I got rejected. I land most jobs I get, similar to Miranda, and only if it is misaligned do I fire myself 😉

The first thing I think about when I think about awkward moments at work is on my first day at one of my jobs without being told prior I was put on the spot in front of 200 people via zoom to talk about an embarrassing story.
They said that they liked to break the ice with the new people to the company by having them tell an embarrassing story about themselves. A couple new people went before me and told stories about how they had to take photos with missing teeth as a child, or that they accidentally broke something at a friends house, you know, funny and relatable things.
With sweat dripping down my forehead, I sat and rouminated about whats story I’d tell.
When it was my turn, I took it way too far and talked about how I shit myself in elementary school. It was way too long, too detailed and I randomly think about it to this day lmaooooo
Oh and the cherry on top is most people would remember you based on your story, so I was the “hey, you’re the one with the story about how they shit themselves” girl 🥲

I just stumbled upon your channel recently and got so excited. I grew up as a huge fan of Raven (also a sagittarius myself I felt like I could relate to your sense of humor and loved your style! My brother and I would literally reenact some of the skits on That’s So Raven - the anaconda scene from Cory’s birthday party was our go to 😂) and as I’ve gotten to see you two together you guys both have such a great chemistry and energy! These tea sessions are so funny and such a fun thing to crack up to while I get ready in the morning!

I really can't think of a "nightmare interview" BUT I have been doing Network Marketing for a year & have lost friends due to jealousy & competition with my step daughters "REAL" mom 🥴AFTER I helped her hit a rank in the company...She got me REMOVED from the team & started to spread soooo many lies about me..really she is the nightmare 😂😂
Oh man. I would count this as a interview gone wrong. I was going in for a interview @ in n out and I made the first interview but like let's say second interview/ training day I come in and they seen my tattoo. Took a picture of it on my upper inner left arm it says (Dreamer) sent it to district and my ass got fired the same day. Paid me 16 dollars and some change 😂😂😂😂 always tell the truth about your tattoos kids. Cold part about it was as I'm walking in I see a Mexican worker chick coming in to work with a tattoo on her wrist. I just took it as the job WAS NOT MENT FOR ME!!!! It was entirely too messy and floors too slippery. No fast food services for me after that but I'll fashoo eat their if the food cooked to my liking

My worst job interview... DON'T LAUGH!!! Chick-fil-A! This was right before the whole backlash started with them and the LGBT, so me being desperate for a job, wasnt following the news. They started asking person questions..."Gay? Married? Boyfriend? Why not?" Um, whats this got to do with the job? "Can you be sugar high energy? We need Disney Channel Prime Time energy!" 🙁 I got the job, but i started doing research. 🫣 They had done a nation wide "casting call" for anyone that identified as LGBT to cover their nefarious tracks. 😮🤯
