    I can well feel your pain, cuz my b12 level is 116.…2 yrs before vitamin d and calcium deficiency I had...same knee problems i can able to stand continuously for 10 mins only maximum 15 mins

    Hello sis this is again nivy from Maharashtra.. hope u get better soon...i like to share you some easy healthy food when I started to live in pune and admired their food habits.. Maharashtra people daily consume methi leave ( Fenugreek leaves) which helps lot to increase hair volume and healthy shining skin... Just wash and cut methi leaves into small pieces and add them to wheat atta( chapathi flour) and just make like normal chapathi or pholka.. it's easy and tasty way to consume every day..stay healthy👍..

    30 yrs above women ku Ella noyum vanthiduthu because we don't care about our health properly. I had to quit my job because during covid, sitting straight for 9 hrs without break, so spine bulge. I lost my sensation in both my legs. Very true sis, red meat and fish and crab is very good for vitamin deficiency. Leg pain ku chicken avoid panna solranga. I love your non veg recipes.
