Scotlandville High’s Highsteppers are officially BACK!!! Scotlandville’s dance team has a strong legacy. They have given The legendary SU Dancing Dolls some of their greatest captains (Gena Jobe, Kristi Vincent, and Airee Smith).

Both Teams were great however, Scottlsnddville takes 1st place. The band was louder and music selection with the dancers count was awesome.

I'm with you on this one.... sometimes it can be the band that can throw dancers off their game either some or a lot.... battle with the SAME opportunity and level of music and you just may be surprised at how well dancers really are.... I look at the private dance videos of college level dancers and most of them dance waaaaay better to music/songs that's not band music👍🏼

THANKS FOR THIS FOOTAGE! It looks really clear and sound amazing. Both bands were fun to watch and I enjoy watching the high schoolers get down. We’ve seen many (dancers wise) grow and become college dancers like BRI, JANAÉ, CAM etc...

Band wise, Scotlanville is awesome. Choreo...Scot studied at the SU Fabulous Dancing Doll's School of RUclips, McKinley's Choreographer, CLEAR, puts the creativity on display. BTW, McKinley's coach teamed with the Legendary Daniel Stamper for the new Doll Counts. 😉

Band wise SCV for obvious reasons lol, but Danceline wise MCK. Highsteppers dance like individuals and pantherettes move as a unit which is more appealing tbh

My take on it as a whole, judging both band and Dancers Scotland would take it, there band sounds way better, but dance team to dance team Mc have it the girls were more sharp , and precise there counts had more range in each selection they finished each count with more conviction. So hands down MC dance team directed by Danny of coarse stole the show!!!!!

Both dance squads did outstanding. Scotlandville's band sounds pretty good! McK band needs some serious work tho smh. Miss the days when I was in high school and bands like Mck, Glen Oaks, Capitol were all half the size of college bands and sounded just as good.
