What could be more nostalgic for us born in the 80s than the "Coppa del nonno", that delicious cup of creamy coffee ice cream that accompanied our adolescence?
Yes ok, I know it's still on the market, but I live abroad and it's not here.
So let's make it HOMEMADE! I guarantee you that it has the same taste as the original, it is prepared in a few minutes and 3 ingredients are enough!
I used unsweetened cream, which is why I added sugar. You can use already sweetened whipping cream and therefore do not add sugar.
I advise you to cover the cups that will go in the freezer with aluminum foil, but without making the surface adhere. They can be kept in the freezer for up to 3 days.
For 6 small cups:
250ml unsweetened whipping cream
25g of icing sugar
90ml of condensed milk
3 teaspoons of instant coffee
chocolate coffee beans to decorate
