Heather yes - Accounts > Bank Accounts > Manage Accounts [button] > Account Transactions > search for the transaction>Click on Options [button] and select Remove & Redo or Unreconcile
How about transfer between bank accounts? Is it able to auto match such transactions? When I look at mine here, it doesn't seem that it can do that. When I click on "match" there is nothing and when I click on "transfer", I can select which account it came from, but if I got many accounts it could have come from, I have to do it manually.
Frustratingly Xero currently does not automatically recognise bank transfers - you need to record one side of it - and it will filter through to the other side which then needs to be reconciled.
Accounts > Bank Accounts > Manage Account > Bank Statements and delete the statements you should not have imported. Email support@xero.com for general support questions.

So I ended up putting the wrong statement up,how can I delete the lines without the account reconciling

It can sometimes take a few moments, or the screen needs to refresh, or it needs to see it happen a few more times.
