Thank you. Yea, SNK didn't develop this, Noise Factory did. They also did Gaia Crusaders, and this game shares some mechanics (and enemies, such as the bird enemies are re-draws of a sprite from Gaia Crusaders).
Oh hell yeah dude! Thanks for posting a playthough of this game. I saw it was on FightCade, came here to see what the gameplay would be like. I've been balls deep in the 1-on-1 fighting game genre, but this beat-'em-up/hack-em-up game looks like lots of fun. You make it look effortless, but as it's an arcade game, I'm SURE it's not easy. Thanks again, mate. Great content, exactly what I was looking for! :-)
This game is the best 2D beat-em up, the definitive action arcade experience. The only way to improve it would be to make it a grande plot and character based Yakuza-style game with gameplay-swapping on the fly a-la-Nier Automata, or a J-Rpg with deep mechanics alternating with beat-em-up\1-vs-1 fighting sections, that would benew. There really is huge potential for a franchise here, and the fan-service would actually be elegant too (that Okuni and Kurenai yuri).
Hello. No I did not cheat. I never noticed that before also thanks for pointing that out. That's really interesting. So if you pause the video, and then use '.' on the keybaord to go frame by frame, you'll notice the sword tries to hit me the same exact frame I dash into the enemy, I think that gave me invulnerability frames there. No cheats were used and I did this live on Twitch with mic.
2:21 Holy shit, a combo so high not even the game knows what to make of it!
"Umm... Excellent"
Bosses:

Critical allign 32:45
Excellently played! This game seems remarkably different from the other Sengoku games.

@@BoerboelBladeandAriaTV Yea, that can happen. Fun game!
Even the game itself knew early on----Umm Excellent indeed!
Haha, thanks! I've gotten 300 hits on China screen 1, but I messed it up this playthrough. At 300 you get "UNBELIEVABLE" and a 8x multiplier.

I've always maintained that Sengoku 3 is just 2d version of Devil May Cry.
@@விஷ்ணு_கார்த்திக் Good analogy.
Jesus wept for those poor mooks!
Might need to play this!
Much memories ❤️

Great run!
How do you make this " pick up, fly up, and slam it to the ground" move?
Thanks. Do you mean the izuna drop? It's Down, Up + B
@@VideoGamesCompleted Thanks!
