      FIRE is more than welcome to add a 1st Amendment Violation lawsuit on my behalf against the Port Wentworth Police Department. When all of this started, I commented about it on their Facebook page and they proceeded to delete my comment and block me from even viewing their page.

It shows their level of human understanding is below any standard for a prosecutor and judge. I'm guessing now they're starting to really want to turn back time.     Hemminger needs 10 years in a Federal Prison so he can have the possibility of learning that violation of Constitutional Rights is not a game. Hopefully, his fellow inmates will help deliver the education and justice that Hemminger needs to learn.

      15 minimum, because each of the treason charges alone, 1st, 4th and 5th, carries 5 years to a death sentence and that does not include the aggravated extortion, aggravated assault and battery, armed robbery, false imprisonment, aggravated kidnapping, fabricating charges, deprivation of rights under the color of law and with the courts criminal collusion and TREASONOUS ACTS, conspiracy to deprive rights under the color of law, which are all felonies.....

      This is a civil case. The Feds would need to charge him criminally with Deprivation of [Civil] Rights Under Color of Law, which is a felony that CAN carry up to 10 years in Federal prison and a (I think?) $250,000.00 fine.

      The legal system is just as bad as the cop. The case was pushed back for 2 years because the prosecution was hoping that Jeff would tire traveling from Florida to Georgia and take a plea/fine. The judge should have tossed the case at the first hearing.

      Qualified immunity protects the cop, prosecutorial immunity protects the malicious prosecutor, and judicial immunity protects the corrupt judge. They get to play these games even though the Constitution supposedly grants the right to a speedy trial, because you apparently don't have the right to a reasonably scheduled one.

      The 1st amendment, freedom of the press, exists for all people to observe actions of our government and report to everyone so that corruption and tyrants can be rooted out.       I was fighting a ticket in court, DA asked for a continuance twice, AT court, the day of the hearing. The third time, I OBJECTED, told the judge, "With all due respect, this is the third time, you are getting paid, the DA is getting paid, the paralegals getting paid, the cop is getting paid, and this is the THIRD time I have had to take off of work to be here at court. I am prepared to go to trial, once again. Unless there is a valid reason as to why the DA is not prepared to go to trial, I request we move forward."
      Judge agreed.

Whoever decided that needs to be held accountable to for not knowing the law…probably the DA from there. Big sad Georgia.     Love what your are doing I am Marine Vet and I come from area we have a homeless Vet population and it breaks my heart. I struggled with alcohol through my whole Marine Corps career. Thank God I was able to still get out honorably just because of my work ethic while always on duty but there is a huge problem with homeless vets thats overlooked every single day of the week and it’s truly truly heartbreaking. Thank you for all the attention that you all attention and awareness. your a outstanding human being!! We must protection are natural rights hive. To us by our creator!!! These cops are awful and have a huge power struggle!! To do believe in defund the police we have way to many and only a few good ones are on the force!!! I hope god blesses big league with these court cases!!!

    This perfectly illustrates why our constitutional rights are there in the first place and why they are so important. Can you imagine what government and people supposedly working for the citizen would do if these rights were not there?? You would think to be a public servant in any capacity that peoples rights would be part of the job description. Honor Your Oath and others have shinned a light where it was dark.
