Hemkesh Sharma why don’t people use it more often? It has great rng, can paint pretty well, and it’s fast fire rate is basically like a slightly inferior splattershot pro.
Videogamer0615 The real agent 3 I remember when I first got my GameCube in 2005 paired with a copy of DoubleDash. The first race I played, I got 5th place.
1:02 I know you're joking, but for everyone else the way the 52 and 96 Gals work is that their accuracy decreases the longer you shoot for, so if you miss your first few shots it's a good idea to stop shooting for about 3/4 of a second to reset your accuracy! Full details from the wiki: The .52 Gal starts off having a 2% chance to shoot towards the outer reticle instead of the inner reticle. This chance increases by 4% per shot, and maximizes at a 25% chance to shoot towards the outer reticle. Meaning that it takes 6 shots to reach minimum accuracy. When jumping, the chance to shoot towards the outer reticle instead of the inner reticle is immediately set to 40%. When not shooting, the chance to shoot towards the outer reticle decreases by 0.5% per frame, if the chance is not already at the minimum. Meaning that it takes 46 frames to reach maximum accuracy. (76 after shooting while jumping.)
I main the kensa .52 gal and the best thing to do is always go for a quick kill. Yeah bloopers happen ,but when you have swim speed and ninja squid you can easily try for the kill again. I also like to use splash wall more for my teammates, particularly the snipers. Just deploy it near them. And booyah bomb. Oh booyah bomb 💕. Anywyas if you have a lot of speed you're op. Good slayer weapon if you have the right abilities.
also said references are on point. you could be the most seasoned Fighter in the land with 4 attacks per attack action and able to double that with an action surge, but all that is thrown out of the door if you get multiple nat 1s somehow. alternatively if for some reason you land a max damage fireball spell thanks to all the dice rolled as 6s... it'll feel fucking amazing.
Hi Thanks for watching!! Minor clarification in this video: The Glooga Dualies have longer range than all other Dualies except for the Dualie Squelchers. However the range of the Gloogas increases immediately after a roll to match that of the Dualie Squelchers. Also apparently Dapple Dualies are also a 3-shot kill? I haven't used them in over a year, so I forgot what they do. If you have a question for the 10K sub Q&A that will happen towards later this month, reply to this comment and I'll definitely see it! OR you can reply to the pinned tweet on my twitter (@CptAstro) (and tbh twitter follower's questions will take precedence over YT comments). Gloogas (from a man of 9+ months of experience with the Decos) are rough. They really need buffs considering the spot they're in (outclassed by the Dapples in close range, outclassed by the Dualie Squelchers at long range), but underestimating a Glooga player is the biggest mistake you could ever make. We only got one buff, one single buff to the range of the ink after a roll, but that was the only buff we needed at the time. But, as the meta has shifted, as the other weapons kept coming, we reached a point where this underappreciated series of weapons had possibly the most counters of any weapon (or at least Dualie) in the game. Rapid blaster does more damage with less aim and more range, Dualie Squelchers have more accuracy and range with a similar time to kill, Ballpoint shreds, 96 gal shreds, don't get me started on the bloblobbers. Glooga Dualies (as a whole) are stuck with some of the most average - mediocre kits in the entire game. Default Gloogas are not even usable at this point considering Inkjet isn't great anymore and your sub might as well be an empty slot. Gloogas Deco are my favourite thanks to the synergy of Splash wall and the roll, and the baller is really good for pushes, but it's situational. Kensa Gloogas are probably overall the most well rounded kit, thanks to getting extra range from Fizzy bomb and having Ink armour for team support (plus it's neat that Gloogas get to have a kit with a special that you can't get on any other pair of dualies again after the Decos were robbed of baller exclusivity). We must all call out for a Glooga buff. Thank you for reading this far if you have, I just wanted to say that Gloogas are in a tight spot, but that won't get me anywhere without justification.
As a Klooga main I must say these are in a good spot right now. Their biggest problem has emerged in September 2018 , when Kensa dualies were added with Baller. That led to make both vanilla and Deco Gloogas obsolete and there was little reason to use them over Enperries and Kensies respectively. But then came the special requirement nerfs as well as the introduction of Kensa Machine that became one of the best counters to these weapons. In December Kloogas were added. And that's a good thing because they finally gave it a way to differentiate from the meta guns. Kloogas are decidedly support guns , and their kit give it an advantage that their other variants don't have : they aren't reliant on positionning. The main is a 2HKO ,12 Frame TTK with 3 lines of range in turret mode. Fizzy can be used for turf control and the special supports your team at any range. But that kit makes Gloogas have to compete with vanilla .96 and H-3 D. Fortunately , the former sees very little use and clearly doesn't have the sub to make up for that , while the latter requires too much aim to kill as consistently as Gloogas do. With that said it is worth noting that Kloogas are the only dualies with that kit which means it is kinda similar to CDS in some way : make good use of your mobility options and provide support. Glooga dualies are pretty much what ALL dualies should have been and just because they focus more on the properties of the rolls doesn't mean they are bad : they're pretty much the only dualies with a high skill ceiling , their shtick revolves around the turret mode , with that 0.6 normal strafe and the fact that they gain the biggest buffs out of all dualies after a roll.
A couple extra things about gear abilities for Kensa Rapid and Gloogas. Rapid and its torpedos LOVE Ink Saver Sub. They're a good cover option when approaching. And for the Gloogas, if you stack one main and four subs of Ink Saver Sub, you can throw two fizzy bombs from a full ink tank! Fizzies are really great at disrupting opponents and reaching areas you can't hit with your main weapon.

Just a tip for the Gloogas: When you get in a battle you should roll once and take a few shots to get the maximum damage and range for a quick and easy kill. If you miss the shots then you can re-adjust your position once by using your second roll and you should be able to get the shots off, of course don't roll if the situation is bad and rolling would put you in a worse position
As a Glooga Dualies Main since the Glogga Decos were added I got used to them and made a respawn Punisher build on it and it actually works quite well.

There's actually a funny story with the DnD reference. One time when my cousin and I were playing, and we were on our way to this dormant volcano (this was both of our first campaign and it was based more on my cousin's time playing Dragon Quest, I'm 25 and my cousin is 13, leave her alone), and our team (we each played two characters and went tit for tat DMing) got ambushed by goblins one morning. None of us had our weapons, none of us had our armor or shields, nor did our spellcasters (a cleric, a paladin, and a wizard) get any of their spells prepared yet. So we rolled for initiative, and my cleric was one of the early ones. We were underprepared, had pretty much nothing, and I look my cousin in the face, and tell her that I'm going to punch one of the goblins. I rolled for it, I think I got a natural 20, and just one-punched a goblin (bear in mind this just an ordinary, female, human, tempest domain cleric, I just had her strength maxed out after her wisdom). After that, she grabbed her buckler and war hammer as we continued to fight the rest of the goblins (there were literally eight goblins that came and attacked us).
When your a lv 19 artificer, armorer subclass, 27 ac, and you die to your dm rolls 3 crits, blowing up your mech, and greatly damaged the rest of the party. "Not as bad as missing with the 52. Gal"
I haven't exactly tried the Rapid Blaster yet, but I was pretty impressed with the Kensa Rapid Blaster when I took it to the practice range. I was able to get a quick kill with a Torpedo direct and a blaster direct. (Of course, pulling that off in a real match is much easier said than done, no doubt.) *_Dapple Dualies would like to know your location_*
The gloogas and the 52 Gal are actually spelt pretty close so they are basically cousins also because both's second variant is deco
Fun fact: All the Gal type weapons in the game (.52, .96, Gloogas) have a kit with splash wall on them.
its always in turf war that right when you die your entire team is just like: what if... i take a swim

One day you need to do How to use Sheldon's Picks. I'll bet I can guess what the recommended abilities are for each weapon.
Aerospray PG: Tenacity, Main Power Up, Special Charge Up
Bamboozler 14MK 111: Special Power Up, Main Power Up, Object Shredder
Cherry H-3 Nozzlenose: Run Speed Up, Special Power Up, Object Shredder
Cleat Dapple Dualies: Sub Power Up, Quick Respawn, Swim Speed Up
Fresh Squiffer: Main Power Up, Ink Saver Sub, Quick Respawn
Grim Range Blaster: Special Power Up, Ink Saver Sub, Run Speed Up
Heavy Splatling Remix: Ink Saver Main, Respawn Punisher, Special Charge Up
N-Zap 83: Tenacity, Main Power Up, Special Charge Up
Permanent Inkbrush: Special Charge Up, Haunt, Sub Power Up
Soda Slosher: Ink Saver Sub, Special Power Up, Sub Power Up
Sploosh-o-Matic 7: Quick Respawn, Ninja Squid, Special Charge Up
Tenta Camo Brella: Ink Saver Main, Sub Power Up, Special Charge Up
New tagline for kensa weapons
Kensa: eh yeah whatever.
Good recap of my luck, only Nat 1,2,3, and 4's
10:35 Mission failed, we’ll get ‘em next time
nice remixes you got there
Jeffery is an amazing unit I think you're giving the mini a bit TOO much credit... Jeffery is like top tier... good when he joins and never falls behind
"And to use your advantage properly you need to sneak attack"
The Kensa .52 feels godlike with a few mains of MPU.
Please, could someone tell me what splatfest was he playing when recording this??
Pretty sure this was the family vs friends splatfest
I disagree with everything you said about the weapons but we both agree on the sloshing machine so is that a win, win? And I use the Jr in turf I also seen other players use it
5:12 Does it mean anything that I recognized this as a remix of Infinite’s Theme from Sonic Forces
8:41 Dapple Dualies are a 3 shot kill as well.
Wait, let me get this strait:
Splatoon1 52 gal: splash wall
96 gal deco: splash wall
96 gal deco (1st game): splash wal
Now ANOTHER GAL WITH SPLASH WALL?! what is with this obsession of walls?
idk but they are pretty good with the gals
They are great with stopping mexicans
How much would i have given for the K Glooga kit on the Squelcher Dualies...
*insert pic of forge pro
*_“but if you close your eyes”_*
*insert pic of kensa pro
*_“does it almost feel like nothings changed at all?”_*
I'd take off quick respond or swim for sub saver because the wall helps the user take time aiming cuz the rng plus main power does good to
Love your dog btw
8:40 *screams in dapple dualies*
I have a question , can you make a whole video where you feature your husky?
splashwall would be great if it eextended the range of your shots when you shoot through it
5:50 - 6:10
This is me. Except replace blaster with roller
The booyah bomb I feel like, reminds me of the attack against the stone zygarde in Pokémon XYZ when everyone does an attack against it. Also I feel nobody listens to him except me..
I got the d&d jokes much appreciated
I play dnd, and I like the analogy
Thanks! I'm glad someone gets it.
Do you think they will make a second astral chain game?
10:36 and thus, the gloogas lost their only user
I only wanted to be able to make your own gun, like dapple dualies with splat bomb and booyah bomb
Nice vid! How do you record your gameplay?
that red and blue ink colors hurt
It’s ok Astro I play D&D I fell your pain
ngl the kensa segment is outdated.. ahem.... gear reccomendations ink saver main aswell as lots of MAIN POWER UP, this weapon is broken, it has a very protective sub, and offensive special, it also gets increased accuracy if you use MAIN POWER UP... thank you for coming to my ted tal-MAIN POWER UP!
Its ok my guy I got you on those dnd refs, what class do you enjoy playing as tho? Mine is a Variant human as a cleric
i rarely miss with kensa 52 gal unless they are very speedy or im at a far range and not splattershot range
DAAYUU- I forgot I commented on this jeez
10:43 chunkier?
hell yeah team friends
Well as of the time making this comment, incoming are Sheldon’s picks from splat 1. Any plans to do those or are those already done?
It shoots way more accurate now.
