It’s much more complicated than that, this is from years and years and years of practice and struggle and probably a ton of self doubt at least in the early stages. Even so the sped up version doesn’t show the hours and hours and the struggle she put into this piece, obviously I don’t know her exact workflow but I would estimate that a piece like this might take around 20-30 hours (I could be way off though). It’s not as simple as putting pencil to paper and the drawing just comes out magically

EVERYONE starts out as a beginner - if you want to get to this kind of level you have to do the hard work and PRACTICE and PRACTICE and PRACTICE. This skill can be learned, you just need a LOT of patience!

U just click. An artist has to use his hand and brain to draw the exact image. It takes a lot of hardwork and dedication. Anyone can be a photographer, but not all can be an artist. And he's drawing looking at a photo is because he can't get the actual star. As simple as that.
