Super weird question but I'm trying to decide whether I want to do double staffs or shorter batons... I really like the fun feeling of twirling a baton though, so maybe I just answered my own question? Haha

Hey Devon, thanks for the informative video. Something I'm wondering (which I don't seem to be able to find much information on) is on staff diameter/width? Is thinner better for spinning, say 16 to 20mm? And then a bit thicker for contact, say 22 to 25mm? I used to spin a lot and do some basic contact stuff (like 10 years ago) and just doing a bit of research with buying a new staff sometime soon in mind. Thanks again :)

I find it the other way around, thinner is better for contact
