Regarding your question sir regarding can still dial one on Sat phone but yes but you can actually dial 00 first before you dial one or you can dial plus one then your area code then your phone number that's how it works. And what I understand but I think what would be much easier if you could just dial 001 area code and phone number. As a matter of fact they're going to start doing this with cell phones here not too long from now because they're going to blend chat phones with cell phones especially smartphones. And basically it's going to work out just fine your 10 digit phone number will be the same but you'll now have to remember the 001. Because when you dial 00 I do play I do believe that's for the satellite and the one is for the United states.
