4 Builds to EASILY Beat the 7 Star Emboar Tera Raid • Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

- Use these 4 builds in this video to beat the 7 Star Emboar Tera Raid in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet in GROUP raids and maybe even solo raids. It's tough to predict what builds will be able to solo before the event starts. I am confident these builds will put in work in the attacking or support role in group raids. Emboar is the first ever Electric Type 7 Star Tera Raid!
This event starts at 8pm EST on Thursday June 13. It will run until 8pm EST on Sunday June 16th. It comes back for round 2 Thursday June 20th at 8pm EST until Sunday June 9th at 8 pm EST. Make sure to join dan2discord.com to raid with the DANimal Kingdom!
I will be live on RUclips as soon as the tera raid starts to find a consistent and accessible solo build for the people!
What are you building to beat Emboar?!
Immunities will be key for defeating Emboar. Ghost type Pokémon are immune to it's fighting type attacks. Ground type Pokémon are immune to its ground type attacks. Pokémon with the ability Flash Fire will be immune to its fire type attacks.

Well,Scald has burns that screw you defensively, but yeah Grass Knot & Trailblaze are curveballs in their own right.
In Landorus, you can change earth power and Scorching sands for rain dance and sandsear storm. Also, if Emboar does not have a special atack, you can change calm mind for nasty plot
Good call!! You can go sandsear for the extra damage with the chance to burn 🔥

My brother has a similar build idea to your garchomp, but his has Dragon Cheer to boost an Ally's atk, special atk, and crit chance
Oooo dragon cheer is always fun to use in group raids

@@dansquared___ I'll try the Bridge (again) I took off Focus Energy for Dragon Cheer (Emboar has the same type combo as Blaziken, so I'm betting on Stamina boosts to hold Emboar off), and Hippowdon as my backup (I was hoping that it had bulk up, and thick fat, but it has curse instead, but it has the other 3 moves I was aiming for). I thought initially to use Baxcalibur because of thermal exchange, but it's base typing is weak to fighting & rock attacks (Emboar has those), and it's tera type is water (which is weak to wild charge, which Emboar will most assuredly use)
Don’t forget about Sunny Day/ Solar Beam combo. I can almost see Emboar using Sunny day as one of its free moves, and then spamming Solar Beam.
This would be 🔥🔥🔥 good shout! This raid could be devious 👀

If Emboar has Head Smash this is the pick, also, if Emboar can Curse/Bulk Up/Defense Curl+ Body Press, this also helps

@@dansquared___ all jokes aside, this build I bet will remove all of boar’s cheeky strats even with zen Headbutt because if you watched 7 star Meganium, Annihilape still took a Tera STAB zen Headbutt well
Ground types don’t have all freedom it gets trailblaze by tm which is a grass move that’s also raises speed it also gets head smash

@@dansquared___ I’m think meowstic could be good fake out for first turn and for when it dies yawn to make it go night night psychic noise to make it unable to heal if it has drain punch and skill swap to make it have prankster if it has no op support move ground or fire Tera fire Tera to resist its fire moves and over things ground to avoid its thunder punch

Could Flygon work? Emboar could have a ground type move like earthquake, which doesn’t affect Flygon bc of Levitate. It is pretty similar to Garchomp in terms of moves, but would Flygon still work?
Yes indeed! Flygon could be ok In group raids. It doesn’t have a great way to power up for solos though
what about tera ground arceus? Also about trailblaze, and scald, I think clodsire would be better than quagsire.
We will find out what moves Emboar has once the raid begins 😁

Alolan Graveler will take super effective damage from Emboar as fighting moves sadly
