- I’m going to file a lawsuit challenging the TikTok ban on constitutional grounds.
Don’t be fooled - the TikTok ban is not about China harvesting your data. That’s a smoke screen. Intelligence agencies from lots of countries, especially ours, are harvesting your data from everywhere all the time.
Congress and the administration don’t understand that TikTok is an entrepreneurial platform for thousands of American young people. And the TikTok ban is yet another example of how neither political party has any compunctions about sacrificing your freedoms, rights, and choices when it serves their political interests.

I really don't support TikTok and see social media in general as not the best thing for us all, especially our youth, (yes, I am commenting on a social platform. Ha), but I fully agree with Kennedy. Its also a catastrophe to have a son who's health is deteriorating, while living in a State run assisted living, " DUMP "! HE shouldn't have to wait until your President,(even if you have a plan to help these people) time is of the essence to get the Healthcare most needed. Very painful to see all the forgotten, suffering people staying in these kinds of places....just dying, for lack of proper care, while the State takes their money, and in my case took Custody of my son through the Clerk of Courts, and refuses to give me Custody to care for him properly.They have taken my rights as a Mother away. Many Mother's have lost Custody of their children here with no trial, Only through The Clerk of Courts. UNBELIEVABLE TO SAY THE LEAST!

There are so many reasons to get rid of tik tok. Any argument against getting rid of it are actually arguments for removing other platforms as well and usually ignore the fact that American children are targeted with things kids shouldn't watch while Chinese children are targeted with math and science.
