No issue. But, first you have to upload all your documents on SOE Portal. SOE will review and let you know if you need to provide any other document. Once the review is complete, SOE will send you an email, and after that you will visit SOE and pay the fee to get the SOE Card.

What is the working hour for SOE office on Friday ? Is it open on Friday on normal months because on website it shows Friday is closed.

Yes. You have to get it attested from MOFA UAE as well.
