    I'm 40 weeks and I tried being medically induced and unfortunately I don't qualify cos baby is low but still far for induction, no dilation at all. I'm so worried and stressed 😓I hope this helps

      Those are all great signs to me! Remember cervical dilation is just a number. Women can go 0-10cm in hours! It helped me so much to go a prenatal chiropractor (went into labor 4 hours later) and when I let go and started to relax.

      Hi Sumaiya! I love that you are already looking to prepare your body for birth! These are great exercises to used during labor, but I have a morning and night pregnancy stretching exercise routine that would be great for balancing the inner pelvic ligaments to loosen pelvis for normal delivery. On my Dancee Pinkston Birth channel home page there are lots of ways to prepare! 😘

    Is there any substitute for exercise ball?

    • @DanceePinkston
      @DanceePinkston  2 года назад +2

      Great question, yes! Placing your foot higher on a sturdy coffee table or chair and lunging into it with toe out and not going past your knee. I have a video on miles circuit that demonstrates that move. 😘

      @DanceePinkston  2 года назад +1

      Good for you for researching options! Working on balancing your inner pelvic ligaments is a great thing to do in late pregnancy. What is the your risk and the baby’s risk for waiting longer than 4 days?
