Since you can switch out the music in the steam version by just swapping in a different file which has the same name as the track, I'll just ask this: What would you put? I found that I replaced my henshin theme with the evolution track from digimon tamers, cause the german version of that is awesome.
That's a good question! First, I wouldn't switch this song out, but the second probably switch for something by Otep or Archenemy. _You Will Know My Name_ and _Rise, Rebel, Resist_ are the first two to come to mind. Also _Confrontation._

I thought I loved Tiara before her death but there is no way for me to left Fang without Eryn and new Tiara was not the same idk
I really loved the game, awesome music, good story, and compared to Hyperdimesnion it does not have all the 4th wall breaking and its not repetetive with the "True Ending" grinds
Aww come on it was a grind trying to get the bad ending in Tales of Zesteria and also a grind getting THE FUCKING CONQUEST ENDING!
Actually, most of the wall breaking in the arlier Hyperdimensions was added by NISA themselves. The games are tongue in cheek and a nod to consoles,but they are not 24/7 4th wall breaks like some of the translated dialogue pretended it to be (and then there's the insistence of changing terms just to make them sound more "hardware-like).
Idea Factory actually got someflak for becomming liberal with their translation for Hyperdevotion Noire and the last two HD Vita remakes (after they had done a more sober job on the first Hyperdimension remake) and then it became known that a former NISA employee had worked in those game for IFI (a guy well known for loving to change game script at will because "the joke is better" or crap like that). Collective groaning and annoyance ensued.
BTW, Hyperdimension Victory and Hypoerdimension Re;birth don't have huge grinds for True End. They are fairly straightforward about it and just made you collect some items that the game itself will remind you with big flashing lights. mk2 however, that one had a huge grind for it's endings.
This game has wall breaking too though. There was a part where Tiara was dreaming after they had gone to the past, and she was talking with Fang when Fang said something along the lines of "That would be boring for the player" or something like that. Also in the 2nd ice dungeon for the first fight against the loli chick, Fang says "Feels like the boss should be somewhere around here" - those are just the two examples I can remember off the top of my head
"Hey! I'm the protagonist you know! You guys shouldn't be treating me like this...
What if I had died?! What then?!"
As far as I remember there's actually two responses they can give at this moment.
If you have a revive item or spell, they'll reference it.
If you don't have either, they'll simply shrug it off and say that "Well, you aren't dead yet are you?"
The remake has also lots of endings
