You have sold me Vin! While my huge love is single malt scotch I do love a good Bourbon and I can see why this expression would be sweet and very Bourbon-like - so much corn! Your review is terrific - so enjoyable! I'd love to try this whisky! I will keep an eye out! Being in Canada I am not sure what it will cost but I will try and find a bottle! Hope all is well! Cheers!

ok so just had this and put it head to head with the balcones baby blue corn whiskey......definitely like the canadian corn better and could def drink this corn whiskey going forward for the price and sherry influence... cheers vin. you have just saved me from ignoring corn for good.

Great review, and such a good choice for that blind tasting flight. Cheers!

Picked up a bottle after this review. New to Canadian whisky but if it’s all like this I’ll be buying more! bourbon fans will enjoy this

Some of the Canadian we get in the UK is not that great, but if you can get your hands on the native bottles then there's some stunning stuff around

Not tried this one but loved their 12 year old Speyside. Finished first bottle really quickly but have a replacement standing by in the queue 😊

TBWC are solid guys and this one really threw me on that blind. Didn't put it down as a Corny Bourbon. Great review mate.

Enjoyed the review Vin and as I enjoy my bourbons too, I’ve just ordered a bottle 👍 The only other Canadian I’ve enjoyed so far, is Lot 40 but it may be too ‘ryed’ for you 😉

There are several Canadian whiskies finished or aged in sherry casks... Paradigm 2022 Heritage Collection, which won "Best Canadian Whisky" judged by blind taste test, features Oloroso sherry. Unfortunately, I can't help you determine where that boutique-y Canadian whisky was distilled.

I love sherry finishes, especially a PX casks. Haven't tried the Paradigm yet!

Not a fan of the corn whiskey so far, only had two though, one was from new york i think cant remember the name, the other is Balcones bay blue. may try this one as my last chance as its not to costly. cheers

Its a tough one. As you say, not too much loss if you don't like it, but I don't think it's that much different to other corns, despite the sherry maturation
