I have pumpkin bread with raisens and nuts in the oven right now! I had some sweet potatoes that needed to be used so I used that instead of pumpkin.. I've made it before its so good..

I made another pumpkin spice bread yesterday. This time I could not find a reasonably priced spice cake mix in the 15.25 oz.size, so I bought a 13.25 oz Betty Crocker spice cake mix. It tasted fine but the texture was really crumbly. I guess those extra two ounces make a difference in the texture.
