Nice to see a probable relative of mine who paints. I too have been painting for over half a century. I was also a cartoonist. I have been teaching watercolors for twenty years. Now I teach myself.

Why is the image quality low??
To me it is so helpful to see the reference during the painting. I'd rather see that than one's pallet.
hmmm I will have a think about that, if I get some software that would be possible so thanks for the comment, most people like the palette and to me as a teacher over the years it is palette control which makes or breaks the painting, however, yes there is some software I can also add the picture in the corner.
