His William Shatner impression made me laugh hard xD 20:32 LMAO, did he impersonate Al Pacino ? I lost track of their conversation as a non-English speaker. With his looks, I felt like watching Mel Gibson too lol
I knew Bruce was quite thoughtful and well-spoken, but I hadn't quite realized he was so killer with voices. This interview enormously entertaining to watch.
First movie I saw on acid was Reservoir Dogs at the cinema, it was, as they say, a trip, I was in that room with them.....(Tarantino was an unknown at that time, we had NO IDEA what we were gonna be watching!) XD .....The part with the supersonic LOUD hand-dryer on cinema speakers just about pasted me to the back wall (in my mind I still have the suit) XD
I love this interview. Completely unforced, plus, interesting to hear about all the minutia of film making. I figured there's some "hazards" to work in film. Hell, I just rent the damn things out and there's hazards. But to have movies "ruined" for you because you can't help but see the technicalities? That's fascinating to me. Kudos, good interview.
Bruce is clearly annoyed as hell in this interview a couple times. Especially when he's talking about actors looking at their mark and everyone's talking over him, even says oh my god out of frustration hahaha
I think he is happily out of the loop in real life. Basically babies are laughing because he doesn't get a juvenile joke. It's like a 40 year old telling 11 year olds farts really aren't that funny.
Exorcist was the only one that legitimately scared me, as a kid. When Father Morning was stuck to the wall and the look in his eyes when he holds up the cross and says, ""Damien, fight him."... Such an underrated film.
To the people who make this channel. If you ever have the chance to talk to Bruce again, please tell him that one of his fans disagrees with his assessment of his acting in the original Evil Dead days. I think he did pretty good and, in fact was probably one of the best in the movie. I think the whole acting of the film kind of lent a sense of realism to it. I think he took the pretending it's real aspect he took to it gave it a very genuine feel. In my opinion His approach to the part was perfect even if he didn't realise it. I felt the other were lacking and, to me, it seemed that his performance was more real while the others was just lacking. I'm sorry if he feels I offended his co workers but that is my take on it. The original Evil Dead rules!! Sorry, had to put that in.
Bruce as "Ashley" in the original Evil Dead ain't the same as "Ash" in the later sequence of the movie. Ashley = natural human reactions and feelings Ash = full of exaggerations pretending to be an undefeated badass!
Wow this is a great show everyone could kindah keep Bruce entertained enough that he didn’t have to carry it at all - Bruce looked like he may have been able to have fun.
Jaws is a FANTASTIC Horror movie, I just rewatched it after gawd knows how long and it still kicks ass, even better than I remember......I'd love to see Spielberg try another horror movie, that'd be fascinating to see now! (Poltergeist is a great Horror flick too, unlike anything else out there in vibe)
Bruce Campbell is the f***ing man. I've loved him since the first time I saw him in Xena then backtracked his career and followed it ever after. Burn Notice was awesome. My son, loves the movie Tornado Alley. Ash vs. Evil Dead is a ridiculously horrible show, IN ALL IT'S BRUCE CAMPBELL GLORY!!!!
I beg to differ with Mr. Campbell about the ASC Manual. The American Society of Cinematographers Manual is a wonderful font of knowledge for anyone interested in being a Cinematographer, Camera Operator, or AC (First Assistant Camera). I am surprised that anyone showed him the Manual, since non camera people are not allowed. It is an important book full of secret information that the government doesn't want you to know about Cinematography, film, lenses, filters, lighting, GREEN SCREEN and the secret handshake. Subscribe now for updates! Seriously, though. If you are a camera person, it's an important volume in your library. I have my green ASC Manual from the late 80's (or was it the 90's?), that served me well when I was shooting my first feature film on 16mm film, in 1990. Thankfully, I did not screw that up. Thanks ASC! I still consult my ASC Manual to this day (depth of field tables and what was cool in the 90's). When you are shooting film, there are no monitors to check exposure. We rely on our meters, personal experience and leg warmers. I love Bruce and have nothing but love and respect for him and his work. But, as a non photo guy, he knows not of what he speaks. The ASC manual is a useful tool to anyone who makes their living creating images and it's a good way to pick up chicks (or dudes). Bruce! It worked , Man!
One thing is certain, Bruce Campbell was not familiar with Jim Norton before this interview, im kinda thinking he didn't like Jimmy's humor too much lmao.
Well, when Bruce first came on Oand A, a prostitute shoot out a block of ice out her either vagina or asshole (i can't remember which one) and jimmy caught it with his mouth and ate it. And Bruce said ever since then he was weird it out by Jim.
@@Herfinnur Charlie Sheen has AIDS. Philadelphia is a movie about a guy with AIDS. Good thing for us that jokes are always funnier when you explain them 👍
that bald guy Jim? was obnoxious and kept interrupting Bruce. He thought he was funny but I didn't watch this to hear him crack jokes I watched this to see Bruce Campbell be interviewed. Bruce did a good job keeping his composure and even tried giving him signals to calm down and shut up.
Bruce Campbell is charismatic as hell
And Funny as Fuck lol.
Bruce Campbell is a genius. He is my Clint Eastwood.
Bruce Campbell is to me, what Ryan Reynolds is to everyone else. I’d love to get a picture with him.
Bruce could've been a 80s or 90s version of Deadpool, for sure.
I got a picture with bruce today!
Bruce is so much funnier than Ryan Reynolds
hell yeah, Bruce Compbell. ohh man do I enjoy the Ash vs Evil Dead series. I just love it!
s1 was decent, couldnt stand the other 2
Most under appreciated actor of all time.love this guy
Any mention of "Burn Notice" makes me happy.
His William Shatner impression made me laugh hard xD
20:32 LMAO, did he impersonate Al Pacino ? I lost track of their conversation as a non-English speaker. With his looks, I felt like watching Mel Gibson too lol
bruce campbell is the best, good interview, glad he was on this show, def enjoyable
I knew Bruce was quite thoughtful and well-spoken, but I hadn't quite realized he was so killer with voices. This interview enormously entertaining to watch.
All hail the king, and watch season 2 ep 2 the morgue. Best scene since got went off.
Loved the evil dead tv series, he earned his fame....

That would fuck me over that movie gives off some weird vibes
I KNEW he was gonna say "The Tenant"!!!! There's so much of that film in ''Bubba Ho Tep". Bruce is one of the best radio guests
21:00 - Bruce Campbell for president!
I could listen to Bruce Campbell all night I tell you!
I just watched the 1998 X-Files movie and was laughing at Mulder pissing in an ally next to a torn Independence Day poster.
"Bruce Campbell is the finest man to grace a silver screen." ~Psychostick
Bruce Campbell Rules!!!!♡ ☆☆☆☆☆
Man, Bruce is a GREAT fucking interview.
bruce has an intense gaze.
I literally laughed out loud w/Jimmy's impression of Clinton, 😂 shit brother
I love this interview.

Kudos, good interview.
its like when someone makes a movie about your job and you see all the wrong parts. He's talking about seeing stuff like that.
Her laugh is Amazing
Charlie Sheen/Philadelphia joke got me! Soo funny!
Now if only Anthony came back, and partice was still alive…..we would have the greatest radio show of all time
If fucking only.
Just let it go.
Bruce is clearly annoyed as hell in this interview a couple times. Especially when he's talking about actors looking at their mark and everyone's talking over him, even says oh my god out of frustration hahaha

@@MaxxCoyote it is a comedy show tho, not a talk show
when Jimmy made that Charlie Sheen/Philadelphia joke I couldn't stop laughing. Too bad Bruce didn't get it though.
bazookatooth92 kinda glad he didn't
He totally got the joke. He's being purposefully obtuse to hammer home the joke. He's playing the straight man.

i miss bruce, hope he continue the series
This was a fucking great interview, and yes, Exorcist III is good
It is boring as f. Fourth one was pretty scary even after the production hell.
It puts the lotion in the basket
Exorcist was the only one that legitimately scared me, as a kid. When Father Morning was stuck to the wall and the look in his eyes when he holds up the cross and says, ""Damien, fight him."... Such an underrated film.
So is exorcist II
Best jump scare in movie history.
Now this is good radio. Keep it up, boys.
loved this dude in burn notice. love him in general.
When Norton asked Bruce if he liked "green screen" Bruce almost spit in his eye!!
The cast of the Honeymooners done it live. They had one rehearsal and when they missed up they improvised.
"Fanny packs, socks and sandals... " Oh, YEAH, Brucie! You sure must have been rockin' that shit! Were the socks white?!?...

Bruce is such an intelligent guy, knows film knowledge.
Hate to be Mr.Positive but these videos are delightful.
God dammit there is always one of you people everywhere, Brightening the room and sitting there with your optimism and shitty fucking smiles

zachf hahaha great great comment.
I love this guy. Discovered Evil Dead only recently on RUclips, and have enjoyed all the related videos and interviews.
We should go for a bicycle ride together sometime Maggie...
Bruce Campbell is literally the coolest guy on the planet.
This was a really great interview!!!!
You can tell him and sam are still homies ✊🏿
It'd be cool to hear Bruce and Robert Englund have a conversation as freddy and ash.. 😁
21:39 - "he was real smooth; Mickey Rourke....now he's lumpy."
That Philadelphia joke was hilarious ..
Are you kidding me Bruce Campbell and Jim Norton in the same room together....photo op!

That Clinton anecdote is so good.
Awesomeness in action!
I pretty sure I speak for all when I say we want more evil dead.. 😭
Ash vs Evil Dead was great
Great interview
Exorcist 3 was Jeffrey Dhamer's favourite movie. He'd show it his victims before killing them.
