What is bouchè exactly?
In simple terms, it means for a player to stop the instrument using their mouth, mute, hand, etc. It's usually used for the French horn.
I'm a guitar player and I didn't even know this instrument existed so I have no idea why I'm watching this video

To expand your knowledge of music instruments if nothing else. The French Horn is a very standard instrument to find in many ensembles.
