The division limit has been in Kaiserreich for a while, in Kaiserrduxx it is just turned off.

@@kristibbs-lg9gy for future kaiserreich runs there is a rule you can toggle to make the ai follow the division limit or if you hate your pc turn it off entirely

Broken peace deal events and some of their other "design" choices caused me to more or less drop the mod. Too many times I either won a war and got nothing because event gave to someone else, or had land taken from me w/o having the opportunity to say "no" and fight for it.

When you nuke a state in HOI4 all buildings in that state get damaged, including airports. Even if you control the airport in a state nuking another tile in that state damages the airport, which is the reason your airports kept getting damaged.

hey bro if you do something like this where you go for like 50 years you need to use a mod called "Ultimate Tech Tree: New Horizon" it lets you get tech up until like the 2000s. It isnt compatible with every mod tho but its still fun to have helicopter and missiles. ( i loved the video btw :D )
I did (read as "tried") a world conquest in kaiserreich as Philippines 25h in of hyperfocus on Europe I didnt realise I got naval invaded.

The thing with nukes is, they do strategic damage so they destroy Airfields,AA and so on.
For example at 38:12 you nuke the frontline in Uralsk so you also destroy factories and more in Uraklsk.

Maybe you have extra factories in burma that aren’t getting counted due to the occupation but which you do control? That’s probably why you could do that focus
idk if you'll see this but for port garrisons you want to use fallback lines for each port instead of the garrison order as when a landing happens if they take even a single tile of land a ton of your troops on your garrison order will move there to try and take it back which means that other units have to fill in the now empty spot which means other units have to take THAT spot etc etc in the end it results in your entire garrison force doing musical chairs every time a naval invasion lands on a tile whether its a port tile or not especially when its on a large area
The nuke problem is bc when you drop a nuke there is a Shockwave and keiserreich makes it so the Shockwave kills the strips (originally was the planes but then people started losing 12-20k planes for 1 nuke, so they made it that your airport will go to 0 after the nuke lands)

I just have 600 in hoi4 and wt 5000 in ase and 3000 in wows so its the will todo nothing the keep us alive

I absolutely don't reccomend to do Kaiserreich world conquests if you don't turn off the division limit, and even then it's terribly mentally cracking.
Iirc Kaiserreich/redux at least puts more supply hubs in places like siberia and africa, making it a LOT easier (still painful though)
You've put cavalry recon on your tank divisions, that's why they go at the max speed of a cavalry, you could switch to motorized recon for faster divisions

Suggestion: world conquest as league of the final international in the world war zero mod (mod is behind by like 1 patch but it works fine for me)

I think I know why your Airports get destroyed each time you drop a nuke, because a nuke destroys all buildings in a state, you dropped nukes on enemy divisions who were in the same state as your airports which destroyed them

Once you're so late in the game you can get 5000ish planes and nukes, nuke the AI air fields so you have air superiority no matter what (flash superiority in distant air zones, pause and nuke), and then you can do nuke/paradrop encirclement/supply cuts.
Airports are applied at state level, so nuking a state where you have the airport will damage it. It's stupid, but seems to be how it works.
Puppets suck in this mod, never liked that design change either. Best you can do as a micro state in this mod is setting up a collab government or two in nations like India and China and relying on the non-core pop boosts, then hope the collab government system doesn't bug out. Non-core pop isn't amazing, but when your base non-core is > 400M and you're getting the 60% collab threshold with 20% or more conscription, you get enough to work with.
One advantage of tanks over infantry is that they use less manpower per battalion, and if you have the armor/hardness good enough, lose less. Same deal for using crappy light tanks as garrison.
