C-SPAN used to be the most boring channel on cable TV. And then the internet learned about its frequent call-in segments. A young man who goes by "Waffle_Face" has made a series of sophisticated on-air prank calls, seeing how long he can string the hosts along before they realize he has no point at all. For the first time, you can hear these calls without watching C-SPAN.
