*Marcia clearly PISSED because the patent attorney Mark Partridge copy-wrote his notes about OJs behavior on the plane. She was extra hostile this day lol*
One of the things that's so interesting about this trial, if you think about it from the jury's perspective is, the prosecution goes over every little detail in an attempt to cast suspicion on the defendant.... but since the bar is "beyond a reasonable doubt", when they do this they almost create reasonable doubt. All of the stuff about O.J. being strong enough to carry his golf clubs, and the insinuation there may have been bloody clothes and the murder weapon in the bags.... since they have no proof of that, and since his health doesn't mean he's guilty, the longer they push that the more reasonable doubt it creates in the jury's mind. I suppose that's the only way to do it but they're really shooting themselves in the foot with a lot of these lines of questioning....
Asking the same questions 9 different ways would irritate the heck out of me if I was a juror. Then the DNA specialists literally on the stand for EIGHT STRAIGHT DAYS would absolutely make my mind wonder.
These damn bags. Limo driver Allan Park said OJS had two black duffel bags, a golf bag, and a Louis Vuitton garment bag. He also had a smaller duffel bag when he left his home that Allan didn't see again, so five bags went to the airport, four bags arrived at the airport. Allan said OJS had one of the duffel bags over his shoulder and the other in his hand when he went to the skycap. Skycap James Williams checked two bags for OJS, the golf bag and the Louis Vuitton garment bag, and said OJS had a duffel bag strapped over his shoulder. He didn't say OJS had another bag. He said OJS was only carrying the one. So, now five bags became four bags became three bags. When OJS got off the plane he had two carry-ons, a duffel bag and a black garment bag. He was picked up by Jim Merrill, they went to baggage claim together, where Merrill says OJS retrieved the golf bag. Merrill did not see the Louis Vuitton garment bag. What went on with these bags? Can even one person remember something right? About the bags, Park is wrong, Williams is wrong, and Merrill is wrong. If you needed proof of why you can't trust eyewitness testimony, just follow the bags. ~
He had his two shoulder bags a folding bag and a smaller bag that he probably put inside the shoulder bag. Allen Parks wasn't concerned about bags or anything else except that tip from OJ. The Prosecustors was trying to nail OJ down with a guy who told them the truth about what he seen that night and that's why the jury only wanted to hear his account of what happened that night. The Prosecustors kept lying about the time and all that evidence Ms Clark F.... that up real good after their own hippocritical experts would explain the DNA evidence Ms Clark would go over it and confuse the whole courtroom and dummy Darden omg what a maroon now I know what bugs bunny meant by that. The level of incompetence by the prosecustors was unbelievable, being reprimanded in front of the jury by the Judge for with- holding evidence. And the sidebars was way to much for a Prosecution team, did they even know the Law? All I can say is live in LA, don't get murdered there, or you just might have State prosecustors like Dr. Clark and dummy Darden. what's up Doc. That's all folk's!!! (Murders running around Free)🙈🙉🙊

Nope. He had a cut on his left finger but the left glove didn't have a matching cut. The prosecution says that's because the skin tight, too small for O.J.'s hands glove fell off during the fight, and o.j. cut himself cutting Nicoles head off. Without getting blood on anything else though of course, and without anybody all night long seeing the cut, and he chose to do this 20 feet away from his children and the next door neighbor he routinely had coffee with in her kitchen. He had a wool hat on though so nobody would have recognized him, he'd only been living in Brentwood for 17 years and his White car was parked behind the house
Go watch Airplane or the Naked Gun and after watching O.J.'s performances, explain to me how that guy fooled 25 different people on the night and next morning of the murders with his 'acting skills' . Kato was a better actor and he was unemployed
The fact that he was hired as an actor multiple times before is in itself something that I would not bring up if I seriously believed in Simpson's innocence. Good actor or bad actor; he was still an actor, which most people cannot claim.

I'm not a lawyer can anyone explain to me how is it Marcia can ask what Simpson said to the witness, but when the defense asked what Simpson said it's hearsay? Why?
I'm not a lawyer (obviously) but it's because O.J. is capable of providing that information himself on the stand. So for instance, if there is something that the prosecution wants to use to incriminate O.J., he wouldn't say that on the stand. So somebody else has to say "I heard him say he was going to kill her!" or whatever. If they ask the defense witness, what did o.j. say? he can't say something in o.j.'s defense. He can't say "He said he loved her, she was the mother of his children"... because O.J. can take the stand and under oath make that statement. O.J. didn't testify in this trial, i'm not saying this is how things should be done, i'm not a lawyer, but as I understand it, that is why they weren't allowed to speak about what O.J. told them, it was because he could (if he chose to) choose to testify and give that information himself. Similarly, if someone was speaking to someone else on the phone, that person has to come in and be cross examined under oath as to what they said on the phone. I'll point out that the prosecution took 5 months in their part of the trial, the Defense is moving much faster... but by this point, over a dozen Jurors had been dismissed from the trial and if they lost one or two more, the trial would have to be retried, which O.J. didn't have the money to do. His defense has said he didn't take the stand because they didn't have time, the prosecution would have cross examined him for weeks and if they lost another juror he'd never be able to defend himself in the second trial with all his money gone. He did, however, speak with the lead detectives on the case for an hour without his attorney immediately upon arriving in Los Angeles. The prosecution chose not to use that tape in court. Something to think about.
Watch the bailiff take all kinds of notes as he listens in on the defense as they talk among each other. He listens, then writes; listens, then writes. This can be clearly seen in several of these tapes. For purposes of this tape, however, check it out at approx. 1.13:00
