പണ്ടൊന്നും പാചകം അത്ര ഇഷ്ടമല്ലായിരുന്നു, പക്ഷെ ചേച്ചി കാരണം, അതും ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടാൻ തുടങ്ങി.. 🥰

നാളികേരം അരക്കുമ്പോൾ രണ്ട് വേപ്പില കൂടെ ഇടുമ്പോൾ നല്ല സ്വാദാണ്..മൺചട്ടിയും അമ്മിയിൽ അരച്ച നാളികേരം കൂടെ ആയാൽ നല്ല രുചിയാണ്...മുളക്പൊടിയും ഉലുവപൊടിയും വറത്തിടുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ ചെയ്യാറില്ല.....ബാക്കി എല്ലാം ഒരുപോലെ ആണ്...ഇനി അതുടെ ചേർത്തു ഉണ്ടാക്കും....ഉറപ്പാണ്....
വീണേച്ചി എത്ര നന്ദി പറഞ്ഞാലും മതിയാവില്ല.... ഞാൻ പാചകം ഇഷ്ട്ട പെടാൻ കാരണം ചേച്ചിയാണ്..... ചേച്ചി പറയുന്നത് പോലെ ചെയ്താൽ first ട്രയിൽ തന്നെ എന്തായാലും കിടു ആണ്.... ഇന്ന് ഉച്ചക്ക് ഞാൻ ഈ മോര് കറി ഉണ്ടാക്കി എല്ലാവർക്കും ഇഷ്ട്ടം ആയി.... മട്ടൺ, ഇടിയൻ ചക്ക, കടച്ചക്ക അങ്ങനെ ഒരുപാട് കറികൾ try ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. എല്ലാം സൂപ്പർ ആയി വന്നു ❤❤❤❤

I made this today for lunch and it came out well, Veena. I used my own measurements but following your procedure, not skipping even the sugar adding part. My son who doesnt like to graduate from the normal pulisherry had this without any fuss and thus I treat it as a success!!!!☺

Madam, though the recipe was so simple, it came out so well in taste when I made it today. Since the curd was not sour I added the juice of one small lime. Since it was lock down I didn't want to go out for vellarikka, instead I used a small papaya from the tree in my compound. My wife also liked this very much. Thank you madam for the video and the recipe!
