what do you mean it wigglels?
try making the spring stiffness a little higher or make the dampening higher by like 1000-3000

the more weight the more bouncy the springs will be and it will make the car sluggish kinda

i think use ice block for wheel it drift super
yes or if you want more drift make the metal block on the bottom bigger :D
