Let's face it life sucks, but no matter what happens it will eventually get better! Better days will come, you will laugh again. Please just keep going see for yourself how much better life can be. And when things get bad stay motivated and strong, don't let the depression win! Find the strength deep inside you 💪. I was once really anxious and depressed, I was so scared for a long time and the fear was that this was how it was going to be forever. But then I woke up one day and said im done with this and I decided to do something about it. I got healthy I decided to go outside more and be in nature. I also pushed to be the best I could possibly be. So I started going to bed early so I could wake up early so the sun would actually be out when I awake. Then small steps at a time I slowly pushed myself outside my comfort zone and started to feel this strange feeling of peace and calmness. I eventually made it to where I was basically cured, I felt so good 10x better then I ever felt! All you have to do is eat more healthy, get out more, have a planned schedule for your day, exercise, and socialize more. But obviously that's hard to do at the same time so just take small steps and you will eventually make it! 😊
