I have the big shot pro that I use for quilting, I about broke the bank when I bought all of my stockpile of dies for it- I believe there may be a run on the bank again with this inspiration. I’ve never paper crafted - I think that’s about to be old news.
Loved every second spent with you today❤❤
Hubby is still looking. I might have to cave and explain!!! 😂

So glad!😀

I love watching both of you and I loved the scrapping! Just because I don't ...I love love watching the creative skill involved. And we could always apply the ideas to create a sweet gift tag or something. I love all the new charts coming out and just have not narrowed down a list yet. Take care dear girls...
Thank you so much!
Fun video❤
Fantastic video, ladies!! Loved the tags at the end since I am a maker of tags as well. Thank you so very much!
You are so welcome!🤗
Hello Ladies, Your enablers. Kathy your Flight into Egypt is stunning. I love the framing tips too as I am trying my own framing over here too. Molly the finishes are just so precious. From the rabbits to Santa in the wavy frame. Such a good eye for FFOing. Molly, Another chart you would love for reference to make smalls is Floral Motif by Scarlet House. It is about 30 different floral baskets all scattered in one piece. They are all different and just beautiful. Never a dull moment with you two. Stitch on. Hugs, Teresa
Thank you sooooo much!!!!
You guys are so enjoyable to watch, you’re my favorite flosstubers. I live in Ore City Texas approximately 11 hours away I sure wish I was closer to you I would love to hang out with you two.
Oh wow!🤩
You make my day with your chatting and inspiration with all you do. Always a fun visit. Sometime could you share a moment how you like to stitch, frame, in hand? Just for more fun and info.
Great idea!!💡
Thank you so much for the very sweet mention! I love watching you two so it really means a lot to me! My mom is starting the Fry sampler with a friend in a few weeks. Should be fun to see so many starts on it! ♥️
You are so welcome!
Love you gals!!! GO 10K !! I love junk journalling and scrapping!
Us too! Creeping along!!!
Such great pieces and finishes!
I don't do Facebook, so I googled Mary Jane Fry The Solitary Stitcher, it popped up on Fiber Talk. For those who aren't on Facebook, it is a PDF on Fiber Talk. 😀
Thank you for sharing that tip!!
I always enjoy your videos so much! You two are the sweetest! Wish I was your neighbor ❤. I for one love seeing the paper crafts. I made one of the floss books from your tutorial. Was so much fun and hoping for more tutorials! God bless you both!
We just talked about making a video on our tags. Stay tuned!!!! Thank you!!!😊
What a wonderful video! Thanks for sharing all of your beautifully stitched projects, WIPs, plans plus all of the wonderful charts. So much eye candy and inspiration! 😍😍😍 The tags are wonderful creative project. I used to make cards but haven’t made any in years. I have lots of stuff in my crafting room so I may have to give that a try…down another rabbit hole I go…😂
Thank you so much!😊 I’m sooo in trouble!!!
So ladies, you had me in suspense waiting to see what was in that little box with the paper crafting Kathy did. I really wanted to fast forward but I was really good and waited🤣. Love the tags so much. Now I want to make some and make another mess in my sewing room. 😁You two are so much fun and love every craft you do. 🥰
Thank you so much, Anita. Sorry to keep you in suspense, but weren't Kathy's tags wonderful. She is so creative and has such a wonderful stash of goodies to use on her projects. It is so much fun for me to watch her play with everything and create such beautiful things. hugs, Molly D
Hi! I just found you. What wonderful creativity! Not me for sure....but I can really,, really appreciate it! So glad your video came up in my feed!
Thank you so much!😊
Thank you for a fun video. Kathy your tags were beautiful. Molly good luck on finishing your projects. I know you can do it.😊
Time will tell! Thank you!!!
What a fun video visit. Thanks for showing your projects and the paper crafting. Every now and then I think about doing something with the bits and scraps I have collected over the years! My current goal is to make more project bags...I had several new starts and didn't want to use ziplock bags for them, so go to my sewing space every few days to make another bag and I almost have enough for everything that I've started. Of course, if I finished a few things I'd be ahead, too!
What a great plan! I need to get busy on making some bags. Fabric was my very first crafting love! Thanks so much for watching! hugs, Molly D
Great video! I love all your projects! It’s so fun to listen to you both - with such different accents!
Molly - I loved your necklace - the pendant is gorgeous- could you tell us something about it next time? I’m loving all the new Market designs - I think my favorite is the Stacy Nash little mouse - except I just saw that Blackbird has two new samplers - such a temptation!
I just saw that darling mouse today!!!! It is adorable. And now I have to go look for the new Blackbird Design samplers...sigh....Thanks so much for watching! hugs, Molly D
Thank you for sharing and keeping me company!!
Our pleasure!
Lovin' those tage!!!!!!
Thank you, Nancy!
Girls, you just make my day, thank you. I love everything you stitch and finish. I wish I lived near you two, what fun that would be.
Those tags are amazing! ❤ I might need to make some.
You should!
You make me giggle Molly 😂 expansion for both of yall.
Thank you!!!
You two ladies are always such a joy to watch. I am very proud of Molly for sticking with it and finishing all those pieces (so beautifully too)! I have several dozen I need to liberate from an under the bed box! Also loved the fun tag cards! You two are so creative. I am not a scrapbooker but I still love to see what you make.
I just dabble a little bit but Molly on the other hand… lol
I love your videos, stitches and tags, and am also a papercrafter and cross stitcher too!
So many things to enjoy! 😉
I enjoy your channel. Would love to hear more &/or how to frame a project. I am a little intimidated to try this on my own. Tips and tricks are always helpful. Keep up the great work ladies.
Stay tuned…
I absolutely adore you two!! Wish I lived in texas❤❤ I check all the time for your new videos cause you are my favorites!!!! Molly, you created a monster with those tags..lol I love to watch Kathy when she gets into something 😂
Always something! We do have fun!!🤩
Good to see you again. Lots of pretty things as usual. I'm trying to ignore Market again this year but things keep popping up. Emmaline Hochkiss 1846 has become the new all consuming item. And my "Christmastide Sampler" just got in the mail today. Thanks Lindy Stitches! I did check on Molly's blog and didn't see the conversion for the "Flight in Egypt" sampler and couldn't get a clear view to screen shot. The tags are just beautiful and so creative.
Thank you.. not sure how to make the conversion board better.. I’ll ck with Molly.
Just found your flood tube channel. Love you guys! You are very entertaining and keep me in stitches. I am binge watching your videos.
Sorry meant flos tube not flood tube.
Sorry not flos s/b floss
Awesome! Thank you!
U mentioned having older patterns, I've inherited my grandmother's quilting & crafting patterns. And of course, they were too advanced for me as a beginner, but I'm now taking another look at them. I'm glad I didn't get rid of them.
Oh wow!.. you might find some gems for sure!!👍
Wonderful fun as always! Kathy I wish wish wish we knew each better so you would feel comfortable letting me borrow the ‘witch in the moon’-I’ve gone down every rabbit hole I can think of to find it!! But you are inspiring as usual. Happy stitching!
And you checked Etsy???
@@linenandscraps4821 Kathy, thanks for the reply. I scrolled through 35 pages of witches on Etsy! You’re so kind. Thanks for taking time to reply to me!
Hi friends. Loved the video. Such fabulous finishes, Molly! Kathy, 123 stitch has the bee sampler. It’s called Summer of Bees by Kooler designs. Hope that helps in your quest. I’ve done the same thing with copies of patterns or patterns themselves soooo many times!!!😢. Have a blessed week!!!
I really hate it when I do that., ugggggg it could be anywhere and I’d hate to waste the time. Ugggggggg
Molly! You are definitely worthy of any designer! You are so creative. Be proud. Love you. MaryAnn
Mollie. Be Sew Creative has a video by Ellen that has a 6 short step by step videos that is excellent on how to do machine quilting. I only stitch corners by hand before I do the machine stitching because I'm not to good at catching the edges of binding But the gluing of edges is a great idea. And yes Stephanie does live on the west side up in the area of Coronado Country Club area. Love watching you both because I can relate to you both because we live in the same town.
Okay, so here's the deal! Y'all are my favorites on floss tube..no joke. I get excited when I see notice that you have a new video up. There is always lots to see and learn and so much lovely stitching and crafting from both of you. I love the tag idea and I need that in my life! What kind of board did you use for the tag? It looks very stiff. I wouldn't know where to begin to make these, but they are awesome! Thanks for keeping me company while I rewatch this video Thanks for the Dilly Bread recipe!.
It’s a great tasting bread! I 🥖 make it in between stitches! Stay tuned on the tags.. 🏷️
I so love the pattern from Wishing Thorn. It is in my stash and I hope to get to it end of summer or sooner. Great color choices!
I hope so too! It's a beautiful pattern. Thanks for watching, Connie!
Y’all have no idea how I count the days for you to have a Floss tube!!!
I LOVE watching you two ladies! So much fun. If I am EVER close to El Paso I am going to hunt you down. lol.
Please do! 😂
another fun video! Thank you. That Plum Street pattern called "Stars", it probably is a barn as you originally said... the Dutch doors, the color plus the big quilt pattern on it - in many parts of the country, barns have quilt patterns painted on them. Someday I'd like to take a road trip finding the Barn Quilts, but my husband couldn't have less interest HAHAHAHA.
Thanks for the info! My husband would just bring along his kindle and phone and read and play away while I shop and site see...teeheehee. Then I would have to go on a telescope / night / star hunting trip with him. lolol. Thanks so much for watching, hugs, Molly D
Kathy, for the German sampler if you move up to 46 count Duxberry, your sampler will probably completely fit into your frame 😊
😱 ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I’m also from Wisconsin. Love the cranberry Bog chart.
I’m enjoying the stitch! I love WI!!! Go Pack Go!!!
I am going in for my first knee surgery on 3/11. I am nervous for the after pain of recovery, but I think of what you went through, Kathy, and I am encouraged to be strong. Forever - GPG and On WiNsconsin!
I love watching you ladies. Your stitching is always wonderful and I enjoy your interactions with each other. I CANNOT get over how fantastic your papercrafts are. I’m having a heart attack over here as you’re showing all the paper projects this week. So many beautiful ones!!! Thanks for the eye candy!
Kathy your tags are awesome…you’ll need to make a packer one 🏈🏈🏈
OMGosh! How could I forget!!!
So much inspiration and beautiful stitching from both of you! Molly, can you share what linen you stitched Briar Rabbit on? Love it! Kathy, your tags are fabulous!! (btw…I think the word you’re looking for is froufrou! 😍) Hugs!!
I knew it!!!! Gee all these years!!! Lol
I love the tags you introduced! You are so fun and a hoot to watch! Got to go and make my first tag, lol
May I ask your size of backing you used?
They range from 3 to 3.5 wide and 5-5 tall.. all are different sizes..mish mash!!
What a fun visit! SO inspiring and just loads of fun. I enjoyed seeing all the patterns and progress you have both made. Also enjoyed the tags! what was the base of the tags? Molly keep rolling you will make that deadline!
Cracker/cereal boxes and lightweight chipboard from big box 📦 stores. Thank you!!!
I was so excited to see a new FT by you ladies this morning!! Had to watch immediately. Y’all just keep getting better and better! Love how you influence each other to try new things. I’ve been scrapbooking for a loooong time! I’ve made some tags in the past but now I’ll have to get back to it! What are you using for your tag base? Is it wood or cardboard? I watched you twice already!! Can’t wait for your next episode and what you come up with for your tag exchange!
Awww! Cracker/cereal boxes and lightweight chipboard from the big box stores. Thank you!!!
Oh my! I thought I was out of space but Kathy mentioned under the bed for frames! So after chasing spider webs and spiders! I have a new hiding spot! Now back to your video! 💓
Lololol...love this comment! Thank you so much for watching!
You gals are so fun! I found the cranberry bog for $3.00!
Yay!!!!!! Great find...thanks for watching and happy stitching!
Always enjoy your banter. Can you do a demo Kathy on your framing technique PLEASE
Thank you!!!
What an awesome video! I also scrapbook, quilt, and cross stitch. Have you guys ever done a craft room tour? I’m struggling with organizing it all, and would love some ideas! Thanks so much for the videos!! ❤
Great idea!! We need to do a tour of Molly’s place!!! Thank you!!!🙏
Lots of pretties! The Mary and Joseph sampler is wonderful. And the cardinal one, don’t look back-love!!! Scrapbooking goodness too! ❤
Use beads for the feet patriotic piece. First time I saw cranberry bogs was in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. They are so cool!
Bogs are the best!!!
Love your videos! I did tags long ago and really enjoyed making them but I have a huge box full of them now. Yours look great! I’ve got a humongous wish list for market releases, it’s an addiction for sure. Happy Stitching🪡
Glad you like them!.. my box is filling up quickly! But I want to make more!!
I love watching you! Those tags were amazing! I have never heard or seen that before. Very interesting and fun! So many wonderful patterns coming out at market! What to buy now and what will go on my wishlist is the question!
OMGosh! Beautiful pieces to get us all inspired!
So much good stitching going on with you two. Sully Stitches Flosstube #3 just showed her finish of Sarah Barnes using Vickie Clayton Silks. Go see it! Her piece is prettier than the pattern picture! She also shows BBD FFOs going back years. Flosstube #2 showed Brenda Gervais finishes going back years.
Oh wow!😯
I LOVE your old pattern Kathy! You're right about the Cranberry bogs being plentiful in Wisconsin! I didn't realize that you were originally FROM WI. I, too am a Wisconsin gal... I've lived here my entire life! Where in WI. are you from? I live down in the S.W. corner of the state, in Platteville. Molly, your framed finished pieces are beautiful....I love the frames, and your trim choice is perfect on every one of them!
Oh how I miss the north!!! I lived in Racine forever until the hubby’s job moved us to El Paso. My absolute favorite is Peninsula state park. We used to tent camp 🏕️.. probably not my choice today but surely somehow in the woods. With stitching in hand 🤚 of course!!!
Fun video! Love your finish Molly of Always Forward it is so creative! ❤ love both of your projects! Big hugs!
I have stitched the Mary Jane Fry, it’s lovely!
Lonnie
Cleocat
Lonnie, I fell in love when I saw it. Hope I get it stitched soon. Thanks so much for watching! hugs, Molly D
I love your ‘scrappy’ things! Just another wonderful hour or so with two of my favorite flosstubers🙌👏🌺
Wow, thank you!☺️ it’s a nice diversion!!
What a fun video! FFOs, haul, WIPs, tags....FUN! I would love to know how you use your Cricut to but felt. I'm dabbling in wool appliqué and using stitch dyes. I can't wait to see the German sampler too.
It’s soooo pretty!!!
Just loved watching you two. How very lucky you both are to live next to each other and share your crafting. You make a great team. ❤
Thank you so much!😊
Our Hobby Lobby looks like a Walmart!
Breaks my heart.
Lonnie in Texas
Cleocat
It’s sad. 😞
Thank you for your dill bread recipe Kathy. I made it today-it’s very yummy. Hard to stop eating though 🥴. Loved your video.
Ohhh it’s one of my favorite to make!!!
Molly your finishes were beautiful!!and great floss tube ladies as always
Hey Molly - when would it be convenient for me to come over to do some tags? Of course, I would have to live with you for the duration because I would be coming from Canada. 🤣😂 Just kidding of course. Love you two ladies because you have such fun together.
Heaven knows, I have enough supplies to share and wouldn't it be fun!!!! Thanks for watching and the great comment. hugs, Molly
Loved seeing you both today! I do card making, art journaling, cross stitching, quilting! Loved seeing your tags! My question is what do you use for your base on the tags?
I make little ones using old playing cards.
Thanks to both of you. I always enjoy seeing you both.
Great idea!! I just cut up cereal and cracker boxes and anything else about that weight to use as the base. P.S. I love card making, too. Thanks so much for watching and the sweet comment. hugs, Molly D
